The washing machine was bumped out of the lorry. The delivery men claimed there was an access issue, but miraculously had no issues getting it in when I told them we had no problem getting the old one in when new, or out a couple of days ago. They then proceeded to roll it into the house, putting it on its top, front and back before getting it upright again. They unpacked it, but left broken polystyrene all over the hallway. One of the delivery men was fine, but the other was rude, aggressive, scratching his genitals in front of my children and he tried to get me to sign that I had accepted the damaged washing machine after they had loaded it back on the van. The other delivery guy told him to change it to rejected, but he didn’t and when I refused to sign, he appeared to sign on my behalf. He then wouldn’t leave my property until I’d asked him to 3 times. Very unpleasant experience.

Polite and helpful delivery driver however how am l expected to assemble this bookcase without instructions!!!

The booking system was easy and efficient. The guys delivered the item despite getting a flat tyre and being delayed by 4 hrs, thank you

Communicate about deliveries clearly and as soon as possible. I have little experience to compare the procedure with. The delivery was made an hour or so before the estimate, so I had made other plans for that time, which was irksome, but the people in the van were considerate and managed to get the mattress up the stairs, for which I was very grateful.

Kept up to date about arrival time. Quick and efficient transit of items to rooms

Late rude delivery drivers would not deliver to room as specified.

We were kept informed at every stage of the delivery, this was by the company email and by telephone from the delivery crew. The delivery was awkward as the items were heavy but the experienced crew did so with respect to the property and us as customers. The items were handled with care from the front of the property to the rear garden. We found the crew helpful and courteous. Five stars from us.

Fine with the delivery. Asked if I had something to prop open the door, when I said I didn’t, was told the delivery couldn’t be made rather than ask me if I could hold the door open.
