When order arrived. They wouldn’t take up the stairs. They tried 2 minutes then said they couldn’t phoned the office. They were disputing the fact. So we told them to leave it and go. Not helpful at all.
Was kept well informed of all aspects of the delivery. Was delivered within timeslot and I was called approx 40 minutes before arrival at my house. Delivery men were very polite and friendly. Goods were in good condition.
