Great communication

Very specific delivery instruction on email followed up with a phone call to notify delivery within a half hour. Carried into house. Can't fault it.

Shocking customer service I order a lot of stuff online and there website and tracking is confusing and shocking can’t get hold of anyone when there is a problem shocking don’t bother using these clowns

Delivery was good but let down by the delivery van being backed through our apple tree knocking down apples and breaking a large branch.

Great Communication and Service! I received various emails and WhatsApp messages - firstly confirming my order and also informing me they would be in touch a day prior with a 3 hour window slot. The day before I received the 3 hour window slot as well as a phone call on the day letting me know they were 30 minutes away. They also kindly took the boxes upstairs for me.

I have to admit they were very good at keeping me updated on the arrival time of my order. However, my experience was mostly negative as I paid for delivery to a specified room of choice. The delivery man took one look up the stairs and refused to take my order up to the room. I suggested that he turn the product the other way as this would fit better however he still refused and left it in my hallway. Felt rushed and like he couldn’t be bothered to deliver what I had been guaranteed. Not very impressed.

The bed was easy to order and the delivery was on-time. I was given a time slot and an arrival update. The drivers were very polite and managed to carry everything in safely. We are unable to unpack the bed yet so we are hoping everything in the packages is ok

They could easily have left it at the back door around 20ft easy flat access but out of view of the frequent passes by

Very prompt, smooth delivery and excellent quality product - but be warned they will only drop off into hallway they will not take item upstairs.

Best service I ever had. Next day delivery. After I placed order, I got exact time and date slot for delivery and tracking number. Delivery guys, call me 30-40min before they arrived. Loaded heavy boxes in to my place. Super happy for this servis. Thanks.
