Excellent communication from the delivery team.

No delivery. No contact. No update.

Delivery arrived when they said it would. Had a message the day before instructing on times. The delivery drivers were both polite. Very happy with the service. Can’t fault them.

Late, rude. Ordered a bed from Duskz Wouldn’t take to the fourth floor. One guy told me he’s take to second floor, then customer service said theirs floor so which floor is it. Now me a 60kg woman has to drag the whole bed up four flights of stairs. No where in the small print did they say they can’t do four floors. They said it was a two man delivery job to room of choice. I have video evidence of this experience and how they damaged my parcel dragging it back outside. Their deliver slot was 8-11am they turned up at 12:30. I have a job and employment too. Horrible. The previous day the SAME delivery company with two nicer guys took my mattress all the way to the top floor so it can be done. These are people who don’t care about their job or their customers.

Gents were both extremely friendly and even gave me a heads up ahead of time to know when they would be arriving. Helped us carry it in as well. Quick and easy and would definitely recommend the experience.

Right on time.

The lads that delivered the mattress were excellent, but the Mattress Man side of the delivery needs sorting out ! How Mattress Man can deliver a replacement and expect two oap's to then get it out of the box and install is beyond me, if hadn't been for a neighbour that happened to be home at the time we would have been sleeping elsewhere tonight. But as I said the lads that delivered it were very good.

Quick delivery, kept in touch with delivery timings, helped moving boxes to correct room. Friendly and super efficient would highly recommend!

Excellent from start to finish text message with 3 hour time slot, phone call 40 minutes before, they then delivered it to the room of my choice and placed it on the bed. Very polite and happy to help.

Friendly and efficient. Called to give me a hour’s warning of their arrival. Shame the thing they delivered from Victorian Plumbing was filthy and disgusting - not BJS’s fault in any way.

This company did not deliver my goods and proceeded to send a completed delivery note claiming to deliver 5 items absolutely appalled by the service. Literal daylight robbery
