Best Price Travel Reviews

I booked a flight through Best Price Travel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my flight with Malaysian Airlines. The airline confirmed they refunded the airfare directly to Best Price Travel on 20/05/25. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, Best Price Travel has not passed this refund on to me. I have written confirmation from Malaysian Airlines showing the refund was issued, but the agency continues to withhold the money. I want to warn other travellers: if you are considering booking through this agency, please be aware of my experience. Always check whether a travel agent is part of a recognised association (like ATIA or IATA) before booking, as this provides extra protection in cases like this. #TravelScam #BestPriceTravel #ConsumerRights

We had a great experience with Steve and the team. I had some more questions and he took his time to deal with all my inquiries. Ill be sure to book through you guys again. Felix

DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY TO BOOK ANY TRAVEL TICKETS. Our experience from start to finish was a complete disaster. After booking, we received a reference number but did not get our e-tickets for over a week. I had to chase them repeatedly through calls and emails just to get a response. Eventually, we were sent tickets, but when I checked directly with the airline a week later, the booking had been cancelled by the agency. I contacted the airline who confirmed this and told me to reach out to the agency. When I did, they refused to take responsibility, blaming the airline and claiming that a new booking reference would be issued “by the end of the day.” That never happened unless I kept calling them multiple times. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. Most of the time, they don’t introduce themselves on the call, you have to ask for names. The only helpful staff member I encountered was Ruby, who finally emailed our tickets. It also feels deceptive that the agency when you Google shows that it's an office in Sdyney, however, it's managed offshore with Indians using Western-sounding names to appear local or trustworthy. It honestly seems like they’re taking customer money, issuing temporary or fake bookings, and cancelling them quietly later. I can only hope that the latest tickets we received are valid and that I won’t have to go through this mess again. My advice: NEVER book with this agency. Check reviews thoroughly before making any future travel plans. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience that I would not wish on anyone.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Tania did a great job.

These Guys are Scammers!! Don't be fooled!! There are TWO Travel companies with very similar names. BestPrice Travel which have a internet rating of 4.9 out of 5 for being Great and then there is Bestpricetravel.com.au and they score 3.5 out of 5 and yet their score of 3.5 is artificially high at 3.5 by writing their own positive feedback. Bestpricetravel.com.au are dishonest and should be avoided at all cost.

Great customer support, they always contacted me via email and phone. Very helpful.

I had a great customer service experience with Steve and highly recommend that Best Price Travel service for your next travel needs.

Booked my ticket through Steve, and honestly, He was amazing. He organised my flight with extra baggage so easily and took care of everything for me. Super friendly, quick, and helpful. Really appreciate all your support – thank you so much!

I had a great experience with Steve. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. He found me the best flights at competitive prices and made sure all my preferences were taken care of.

I recently booked a return trip to Vanuatu with BestPrice Travel. Milley was most helpful and followed up promptly with any details that required further discussion. I would recommend Milley as a consultant.

If I could give ZERO I would to Bestpricetravel.com.au !! I read another comment that these Guys "are a bunch o Indian Scammers", I now agree with that comment. I have read many o the positive comments and find they are repetitive and manufactured by Bestpricetravel.com trying hard to portray that they are honest..... PLEASE do not be fooled by their charade. I spoke with Daniel within minutes o their original error, I told him that him that his company only rated 3.5 out o 5 for being dishonest after 7 years trading etc... He said he was happy with this score??? Well that explains everything. I unfortunately a FOOL for buying tickets through them. I am now awaiting 6 days before my bank will block the transaction. Bestpricetravel.com.au are crocks . They are deliberately trying to trade on a name that is very similar to another business in this field that has a better reputation. So dont risk your money

This company is scamming the f out of people who book with them. My bf has been waiting so long to go back to visit his family and finally had the means to book the tickets. They scammed him out of 2.2k and did not take responsibility for it. Do not book with these people.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. These guys are a bunch of Indian scammers who just make up any excuse to not book your ticket. I payed 2.2k dollars for an international flight and I’m still waiting for my tickets. What they do is they hold a ticket for you but just never book it. Absolute joke. Every time I call it’s always an excuse this agent isn’t in right now or this person can’t help try again tomorrow it’s just a fraudulent company who’s primary mission is to take peoples personal and credit card details. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

I attempted to make a last-minute one-way flight booking and entered my credit card details. Although the confirmation page indicated the booking was unsuccessful, I still received a payment receipt. As mentioned in many other reviews, I called the listed number and was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Nearly 50 minutes later, I finally received a call—only to be informed that the fare I had booked was no longer available, and they tried to upsell me a more expensive option. I hung up and immediately contacted my bank to confirm that no charge had been made, then requested a new card for security reasons. The entire experience felt incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. It seems their primary goal is to collect customer information and credit card details, regardless of whether the booking is successful, and then attempt to upsell through follow-up calls. Take a closer look at the so-called “positive” reviews—many appear fake, with each one oddly praising a different agent by name. Most of these reviewers also have only that single glowing review, which makes the legitimacy of their feedback highly questionable.

“This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked my airline tickets through them, and they were completely dishonest in their dealings. They provided false information regarding the ticket details, and when issues arose, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any assistance. I felt cheated and deceived. It’s clear to me that they prioritize taking people’s money over providing honest and reliable service. I would strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.”

John was very helpful, knowlegable and professional

I found my dealings with Best Price Travel a very positive experience. Their representative John was helpful and very responsive to all questions and concerns. The pricing of their tickets was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a complete fraud company. some indian will answer your call saying she is grace or jenny but they are really a scammers sitting somewhere in India. I've already raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back stating I have been scammed. Please reach out to your bank immediately if you have recently bought a ticket from here. PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Francis is very helpful and efficient in helping me getting my ticket. I will definitely using his service again in my next travel.

Milley is an excellent service provider
