After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.
An incredibly helpful customer service representative called James went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was first rate.
The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

The 4* feedback is based on the good customer service from Berkfield Home, not the item purchased. The item bought was poorly made and wasn't suitable for use and so I contacted the customer service team who dealt with my issue and request of a refund. After back and forth communication and sending pictures etc, they refunded the full amount and did not require me to return the item. As it was none usable for anyone else and would've been difficult to arrange posting back I was pleased with this outcome. The customer service team made what could've been a very difficult situation very easy and positive. I appreciated the effort and communication of the team.

Bought furniture through the Debenhams website. When it arrived we built the first piece of furniture to find it was very poorly made and didnβt fit together properly and had faulty parts. We left the second piece of furniture still boxed up and untouched. I got straight in touch the very next day to sort out a return and refund and now keep getting fobbed off. First offered to send extra parts and then have offered 50% refund. I simply wanted to return the goods and get a FULL refund. Shocking customer service and very disappointed.

Oh my word, what an awful experience. First offering 25% discount and then 50% discount for an item that I received that could be questioned by trading standards.

The customer services point of contact kept me fully informed of progress in respect of a requested refund. Although the product had a defect which would affect the stability of the patio furniture, the company offered a full refund without returning the goods as a gesture of goodwil. Fully appreciate the effort they went to in order to resolve the issue.
