After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Item arrived damaged inside the packaging and the packaging wasn’t damaged. After contacting them I was offered a 25% discount to keep the item, being told this is a one off offer. I refused then was given another offer, 50% which I refused as the damage would be visible. After I refused this I was given a full refund which I requested two offers ago and two phone calls. They also left me the customer to dispose of the cabinet as they didn’t want to pay to collect it, I had to dispose of this myself, taking my time and fuel costs.

I ordered raised planter from the Debenhams website. Unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for my garden. When I contacted the supplier, they agreed to refund the full cost. I had 2 ordered and it was lot of money. Thanks for your cooperation. Although I didn’t use the product, they have shown their positive customer relationship in the situation.
