Very rude customer service
Very rude customer service! Phoned over 24 hours before our flight home to confirm our pick up time as our flight is during the night so wanted to be on the safe side. Was told from a very rude lady with an attitude I will only be given the time the day before, call back tomorrow then hung up on me! Will not be using them again.
An overall excellent service.
As described with an overall excellent service. I booked online and made an error with dates and their customer service amended without any issues. Driver waiting at Alicante and again at resort with departure details emailed the day prior to travel. Recommended transfer firm and would use again.

Five days before my holiday I was…
Five days before my holiday I was informed by Benibus that my transfer was being cancelled due to logistical issues. Benibus said that they would drop me off 7 miles away and I would have to find my own way from there as an alternative!! I luckily found another company in Alicante who were cheaper and totally reliable. My refund was delivered quickly hence the 2 stars instead of 1 star.

Contratamos la idea y vuelta Benidorm- Altet y tras llamar porque no llegaban a la hora establecida y además llovía muy fuerte no fueron capaces de bajar unos metros para recogernos en el punto de encuentro haciendo que nos empapáramos y a la vuelta después de horas de vuelos y contratiempos nos hacen esperar más de una hora y media porque no hay clientes suficientes y esperan a otros vuelos para llenar el autobús. Poca seriedad y vergonzoso servicio al cliente.

Do Not Use This Company !!!
Do Not Use This Company !!!! On picking us up for our return journey to the airport we where picked early and just as well !! We paid for the speedy transfer which would have been fine other than the driver didn’t know how to get to the airport. She passed the cut off three times and then asked for help from my partner and I. We did this and arrived at the airport 30 mins later for our check in even although we got picked up 3 and a bit hours before we had to be in the airport. On arrival the lady driver jumped out this minivan and pulled at my case three or four times as the cases had moved and it was jammed. I asked her to leave it till I moved other cars to free mine, however she pulled it again ripping the case right down the middle against some sort of tool kit stored in the boot. She apologised instantly and advised I just call the company when home and explain what had happened and she would do the same. We were now late for our flight so ran in and had to put thick tape on the case after getting it from jet 2 just to make it home with our clothes in tact. When home I contacted the company with immediate effect and waited days and days for a reply so I emailed them again to which I received my reply from a manager Allan. He stated it took them so long to reply as it was a third party they had hired to do this journey and that the driver said it was me who ripped the case !! I explained if this was the case I wouldn’t have wasted my time, however once again no help with this. Allan then suggested I just claim your insurance pushing it back to me and avoiding taking any responsibly !!! In summary Late For Our Flight As Driver Didn’t Know How To Get To Alicante Airport From Benidorm !!! Ripped My Case !!! No Responsibility Taken !!! Awful !! There Are Loads Of Other Companies Use Someone Else !! Avoid This Stress !!!

Me dejaron tirada ,sin esperarnos
Quisiera que miren mi caso y me lo solucionen de una vez , el 28 de agosto tenia contratado con beniconent un traslado de la estación de tren Alicante a benidorm y nos dejaron tirados ,no esperaron la media hora que estaba establecido por lo tanto mi agencia se está poniendo en contacto con ustedes y se resuelva ,y están pasando del tema ,tendrían mucho GPS pero la media hora no se espero, y exijo mi devolución

****AVOID AVOID AVOID**** Do not trust this company left hand luggage on the coach a lovely lady handed it into the driver straight away on locating the office to collect the bag money and items missing so from the driver to the office one of them have stolen the items €290.00 in cash. Lady on the phone was rude no customer service no help her attitude was disgusting no emergency number or customer care available till Monday!!

09/02/2024 No de ref 240206dc6qsw Aeropuerto de Alicante Vuelo D84201/D88561 Tuvimos una problema technica en el aire con el avion y tuvimos que volver justamente despues de 15 min en el aire y cambiar avion y tambien cambiaron numero de vuelo. Durante el viaje/vuelo no pudimos ponernos en contacto con Beniconnect. Al llegar a Alicante la Guia de Beniconnect habia cancellado nuestro prepagado coche privado. Decia que el vuelo habia sido cancelada y como veniamos con un avion con numero differente no teniamos ninguna reserva. Tampoco nos ayudaba a conseguir un nuevo coche ni alternativa de viaje. Ni si quiera ententaba a ayudarnos. Decian que teniamos que hacer una nueva reserva på internet algo que no podiamos en el Aeropuerto con lo que teniamos a nuestra disposicion. Entonces alli estabamos con maletas y mascota/perro y no sabiamos que podiamos hacer. Servicio a clientes es algo que no teneis ni si quiera creo que conoceis la palabra!! La experiencia nuestra muestra que si tu avion esta retrasado o ha tenido alguna problema y lo cambian por otro avion perderas tu dinero con Beniconnect y no te van a ayudar. Algo que ahora nos a pasado a nosotros y probablemente a el resto de los 200 pasageros del vuelo que tenia algo reservado con vosotros. Esto ha resultado de que no nos podemos fiar en vosotros y claro algo de contar a nuestros amigos que quiere trasladarse del o al Aeropuerto. Era la ultima vez que ententabamos ir con Ustedes. Si quieres estar seguro que llegaras toma un Taxi profesional te llevara al mismo precio con un servicio profesional !

Beniconnect , una PORQUERIA
Tengo el Voucher de Beniconnect en el dice que mi viaje dará comienzo el día 9 de febrero de 2024 a las 11 horas en el l Hotel Suitopia de Calpe llegando a las 12,20 horas a la estación de tren de Alicante. A las 9,05 recibo una llamada de una Sra. que me pregunta donde estamos ya que nuestro vehículo está esperándonos ,(dos horas antes del horario). Al indicar que no estamos preparados indica que el bus tiene que irse y perdemos el viaje. Le insisto en el horario contratado y su contestación es que me dirija a la agencia donde compré los billetes y que a ellos nadie puede imponerles horarios. Cuelga. Llamo al cabo de unos minutos pidiendo una solución y me vuelve a dirigir a mi agencia. También me indica que si vamos por nuestra cuenta a Altea (15 kms.), nos pueden recoger a las 12,05. Pero tengo que pagar nuevos billetes (37 euros,), a eso se le añade el coste del taxi hasta Altea. Por fin, y a pesar de Beniconnect hemos podido llegar a coger nuestro tren. Se venden como dirigidos al cliente con mucha calidad, son el doble de caros que otros autobuses Y TE DEJAN PLANTADO!!!! BUENA EMPRESA. GLORIOSA SU CALIDAD.!!! Tengo disponibles los billetes, el Voucher, historial de llamadas y ticket del taxi. No sé si podré subirlos pero todo lo anterior es cierto. SI QUIERES TU VIAJE SEGURO Y SIN CONTRATIEMPOS NO CONTRATES CON BENICONNECT, NO SABES HON QUE VAN A SALIR.
