Very rude customer service
Very rude customer service! Phoned over 24 hours before our flight home to confirm our pick up time as our flight is during the night so wanted to be on the safe side. Was told from a very rude lady with an attitude I will only be given the time the day before, call back tomorrow then hung up on me! Will not be using them again.
An overall excellent service.
As described with an overall excellent service. I booked online and made an error with dates and their customer service amended without any issues. Driver waiting at Alicante and again at resort with departure details emailed the day prior to travel. Recommended transfer firm and would use again.

clear robbery whilst the world is suffering and to do it to a stranded family with 2 small children
Beni Connect are now offering coupons BUT they clearly robbed us read how they planned it. We called them on the 9th of April and was advised to make our booking online. I did and instantly got a reply saying we are closed until early may so we asked for a refund and now they are offering a coupon weeks later. This is a clear robbery whilst the world is suffering and to do it to a stranded family with 2 small children is completely sick. We spoke to Beniconnect just minutes before making the payment and they advised to book online which means this is a clear intentional act of theft from suffering families who are stranded and don't have extra money for travel. DISGUSTING
