Wir haben im September 2020 einen Peugeot 208 am Kavala Airport angemietet. Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Service zu guten Preisen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Je recommande Autounion, service parfait. Yassin Elhachimi a fait preuve de professionnalisme. Service flexible, arrangeant, bref le top.

Autounion Active Cars Tanger (Ismail Diram) en collaboration avec Medousa Cars Casablanca sont malhonnêtes. Après 15 j de location, je remets la voiture à Tanger, on prétexte qu'il y avait de petites éraflures en sachant que je n'ai eu aucun accident pendant cette période. Ok supposons que ces mini éraflures sont arrivées sans que je m'en rende compte, mais depuis ils font les morts depuis plusieurs jours au sujet du montant préautorisé (5500 DHS) alors qu'à la remise on m'a promis un retour le lendemain!! De même lorsque j'ai prolongé le contrat d'une semaine à Casablanca avec leur partenaire Medousa Cars, je me suis rendue compte qu'ils voulaient saisir dans le système le numéro de ma carte bancaire. Heureusement, je l'ai vu et m'y suis opposée. Ce sont deux sociétés malhonnêtes à fuir absolument. Mise a jour suite a la reponse de la société Quand j ai rendu la voiture,il manquait un pouilleme a la moitié du plein. Mais de bonne grâce, j ai accepté de mettre 50 dhs et non 30 dhs mais la jauge n a pas bougé bizarrement alors qu avec 150 dhs on fait la moitié d un plein. Et 300 dhs un plein. Sur les 1000 dhs que vous voulez deduire, je n ai eu aucun justificatif, ni avis d expert vous ne pouvez pas être juge et parti. Si vous etiez reglo, on serait parti ensemble chez un expert le lendemain et on aurait vu ce qu il dira...Et en plus bizarrement, votre représentant a Tanger M Ismail Diram ne repond plus et fait le mort a mes appels alors qu il avait menti en pretendant que j aurai un retour justifié le lendemain. Quand on n a rien a se reprocher, on ne se cache pas et on ne fait pas le mort...Et pour le numero de la carte, je suis déjà passee par d autres sociétés de location aucune ne prend a l insu du client le numero de la carte bleue, et aucune ne demande ni les 1ers ni les derniers chiffres, pour quelle raison vous gardez ces informations surtout que j allais payer en cash?. Et aucune société ne m a laissé dans le flou sur le montant de preautorisation qui m a toujours ete integralement rendu sur le champ au moment du retour du vehicule.De toute façon, il y a d autres commentaires similaires au mien dans trustpilot. Je ne suis pas la 1ere victime de vos pratiques.

I hired a car with Autounion, prior to my departure to Kefalonia, in early August. However I booked with a debit card for €180 for 1 weeks hire, and was told AFTER the money was taken that I would have to present a credit card on arrival, to safeguard any damage. I complained about this as I do not hold a credit cad, so the booking was cancelled, all within 24 hours of first placing the booking. I was told I would be fully refunded within 21 working days!! It took 1 week for the refund to come, yet I was deducted €130 for “admin” fees!!!!! Please be aware of this rip off. It has tainted my love of the Greek people! Robbers, that’s all they were! Unnecessary!

Collected the hire car from Kefalonia airport. The person in charge of the desk is very polite and professional. The experience was smooth there wasn't any queue and returning the car was no problem either.

I find the car hire to be the most stressful part of sorting out holidays (aside from in the canaries - autoreisen every time!) as there are so many unknowns. After a bit of research we booked autounion through zest for our trip to Corfu. The driver met us at arrivals despite our flight being delayed but unfortunately could only take me to the pick up place due to coronavirus restrictions. The office is a couple of hundred yards from The airport. Staff were friendly and there was no hard sell of extras. They took the agreed 300 euro reserve on my credit card. We had a walk around the car first which I always find reassuring. The car itself was old (although only about 20000km on the clock) and dinged (which it turns out on Corfu roads isn't a bad thing) but stopped, started and steered fine. Drop off was similarly simple and conducted in a friendly and honest way and they dropped me off at departures afterwards. I always delay my review by a couple of months to make sure that there aren't any "surprise" charges after I left and I'm pleased to say there weren't. Thanks to autounion Corfu- I would use again and recommend to others.

Trotz der eher vielen negativen Bewertungen haben wir ein Auto von Autounion (billigster Anbieter auf rentalcars.com) in Bulgarien entschieden. Alles war fein und seriöls. Mitarbeiter am Flughafen sehr bemüht und alles war korrekt. Haben uns für Selbstbehalt von 300 EUR entschieden. No risk no fun! Haben dann auch einen Vor-Schaden bei der Besichtigung entdeckt, welcher noch nicht eingezeichnet war. Dahaer immer achtsam sein. Ich denke das gilt aber für alle Autovermieter. Würden daher wieder bei AutoUnion buchen.

Ho noleggiato una panda ad Agosto a RODI, mi hanno chiesto 300 euro di caparra e al momento della riconsegna la macchina era perfetta come al ritiro ma purtroppo non mi hanno mai reso la suddetta caparra (mi avevano detto entro un mese invece non mi è mai tornata indietro). Ho mandato diverse mail alle quali non mi hanno mai risposto.State all'occhio io dovrò mettere l'avvocato.

The service was perfect. We have been greeted by the staff member straight after arrival(Athens) no waiting at all! Picking up was quick and stress-free. Everything was explained and we have been told to call with every single problem, not to hesitate. Car was clean and well-maintained, there was even protection on the steering wheel and seats (covid). Dropping off was also painless, quick, professional, they didn’t search for a mini scratch just to charge you. The best company we ever used! Highly recommended!

No regular shuttle from the Rhodes airport! We've been told by the airport staff that it is every 15 minutes and waited for over an hour before starting to call every number available. DiscoverCars do not pass the flight number information to them so the only way to be picked up from the airport is to call them direct. Apart from that everything was fine. Deposit released within week after returning the car (much quicker than expected).

Noleggio di sei giorni. Ritiro al porto di Atene, Pireo, a mezzanotte, e consegna in aeroporto alle tre di notte. Tutto perfetto. Gentile e simpatico il ragazzo alla consegna, tra l' altro con upgrade di categoria. Consegnata un' efficiente e gradevole Micra in perfette condizioni. Procedura rapida e precisa. Consegna presso l' ufficio in aeroporto, con navetta. Il miglior prezzo trovato per un servizio ottimo. Eccellente la comunicazione pre-noleggio, con risposte alle varie mail rapide ed esaurienti. Una menzione particolare per Mr. Vasiliki Markatou e Mrs. Eleni Athanasopoulou, di una rara gentilezza e cordialità. Consigliato anche da italiani che vivono e lavorano nel settore alberghiero in Grecia.

I used Auto Union through Zest car rental. Such a pleasant surprise to actually get my chosen car not a duff similar option. Service at collection and drop off was first class and I wasn't left feeling stitched up following overly pressured up-sell of insurance etc. Will certainly use again and recommend to others

Efficient and friendly meeting at the airport and getting the car admin organised. Car was a bit decrepit compared with other rentals I’ve had. Radio volume control didn’t work. Rear window view impeded by bobbling on cheap glass darkening material. And the state of the gear box didn’t seem to match the 36,000km on the clock, more like 100k. Still, it got us from a-b.

We had a very good experience renting a car from Auto Union at Tirana airport. The car was great and the service outstanding. Everything went really smoothly and definitely exceeded our expectations. I can only recommend them for anyone renting a car in Albania.

Car very old. I had a full to full petrol agreement and I was given a 3/4 tank without anyone noticing it. I asked for it to be recorded, they wrote the wrong amount, I was too tired to notice at the time and they did a whole fuss for five euros!

We never actually got round to hiring our car as our holiday effectively got cancelled due to Covid 19 - however the process by which we cancelled and received a full refund with just a month to go was seamless - they were very easy to deal with and leaving a review was the least we could do.

This is the second time I have rented a car from Autounion at Athens airport and likely to be the last. On the first occasion the encounter was pleasant and off season, although for some reason most rental companies become arrogant and rude during the peak season, and Autounion was no different. On th second occasion I hired an Economy car 23 days from Athens airport (just outside as they ore actually located offsite) in summer 2019. I was presented with a Nissan Micra, aged and in a very sad condition. On inspecting the car every panel was damaged, both dents and scratches (including the roof). The front bumper was held on with wire to one side and the driver’s door handle was pushed in and was difficult to open. The interior was awful, and the first time I have ever had to take photos of interior as proof of damage prior to hire. Needless to say I protested, although with no luck. I advised I had rented from them before and this was a long rental, although they just didn’t care. There were many newer vehicles, although they stated they don’t lend newer vehicles to longer rentals, although provided no explanation. Noting the damage on the form took ages, accompanied by no less than 48 pics, as I always insist on taking pictures of existing damage. For this vehicle I paid seven hundred pounds, which was in excess of the value of the vehicle in my opinion. Why two stars instead of one...the young lady who tried to be helpful did her best, however her manager was just unbelievably arrogant.
