Autonet Insurance Reviews

I changed my private registration number and contacted Autonet to advise them of the change. Whilst Autonet themselves were generaally very good I cannot say that about their under writers Markerstudy Insurance Services. I am being charged £88 just to change the registration number, the vehicle has not changed, only the registration number. Autonet did waive their admin fee of £15 but due to the under writers greed I will not be renewling the policy

Great service great price does the job

Easy Process

Just an easy experience

All ok, very easy to insure

Renewed Classic car for another year with the same underwriter - Markerstudy. A good price and spoke to Kelly who was really helpful at Autonet. Thank you

Autonet is a trusted provider of vehicle insurance.

The site was clear and easy to follow

Good and friendly service and good prices.

It took me 1 hour and 51 minutes to swap my insurance from one van to another. Completely incompetent phone operator. Take your business elsewhere.

Recommend by my friend.

Seamless transaction very straightforward.

Very fast and easy website. Highly recommended

The wait time was very long but patience was worth it, the agent was efficient once I got through to the classic car desk, the price was competitive and rescue and legal expenses cover included. Paperwork came through quickly and was comprehensive.

When the line got cut and we were almost 80% into the car insurance process, no call back ! There was one attempt to call back after 10 min by the agent , but for me to call back is taking ages and I had already waited onthe call for more than 75 minutes. Shipol who I spoke 2nd time was arrogant and was telling the customer not to tell her how to do the job but she wouldnt do her job, which was not good to have that much arrogance and threatening to put down the phone which let a sore taste of it all.

on line price good

Great service clear understanding of what I asked and lady was very polite and helpful
