When the line got cut and we were almost 80% into the car insurance process, no call back ! There was one attempt to call back after 10 min by the agent , but for me to call back is taking ages and I had already waited onthe call for more than 75 minutes. Shipol who I spoke 2nd time was arrogant and was telling the customer not to tell her how to do the job but she wouldnt do her job, which was not good to have that much arrogance and threatening to put down the phone which let a sore taste of it all.
