AudioSilk Reviews

Audio Silk are an exceptional company. I bought the gold panel pack and when I unpacked it was clear that the colour wasn’t right for my space. I agonised between the natural and white, and returned the gold panels for natural. When these arrived I realised that I should’ve gone for white! I offered to fund the return as I thought this was the only reasonable thing to do, since Audio Silk had been so accommodating up to this point. However, they insisted on funding the return and in due course a lovely pack of white panels turned up. I am amazed that Audio Silk tolerated my capriciousness with such grace and great communications all along the way. Thank you for an excellent product and customer service to match. Highly recommended A+++++

Simple efficace , facile à installer et un super service client avec conseil et réponses rapides . Bravo et merci

Unbelievable customer service, replied to emails within hours and resolved any issues straight away. Product is really good and works a treat too... couldn't recommend more!!! 👌

Excellent speedy service, delivered in a couple of days. Well packaged. Panels are easy to place wherever necessary and simple to cut to shape as necessary. Great and prompt after sales support too for a few questions I had x

Had a great customer experience with James from the start. They didn’t have the colour I needed in time for Christmas directly so bought from Amazon and they honoured the same discount on the main website and gave me a refund to the same value. Amazon sadly delivered with one panel with damage but they sorted me out a replacement and got it priority delivered in time. Also helped me with some one to one technical advice on placement. Good company to deal with it. Many thanks

Great products, easy to follow advice, and the delivery was quick, too

I was hesitant to spend the money on acoustic panels, but these were worth every penny.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but these panels really work!

Does the job, no complaints.

Although I was apprehensive to purchase acoustic panels, I decided to give the Audiosilk ones a try because of their affordable price. I was pleasantly pleased by how effective they were. They have improved the working environment in my home studio without being extremely expensive.

Had a great conversation with James, the founder and CEO as to my requirements. Subsequently bought 2x 4 packs. Brilliant value for money Although, advertised as really easy to install, I was a little nervous as I was looking to mount my guitars on top of the panels. Using the recommended 3M command strips, the panels went on the walls with zero fuss. I then installed the guitar mounts on top of the panels. As they were being screwed directly into a wall (plaster and wood beam), I simply screwed the brackets through the panel and on to the wall. In hindsight, it was so easy. They look amazing, especially with the guitars mounted on top. I only have a small space, and they have done wonders in taking out the unwanted echos. I would highly recommend! Great products, easy to install, first class service and support. Thank you AcousticSilk!

Panels arrived really quickly and look great. About to order a couple more to cover the rest of the room. Very happy

Quick delivery and nice to receive follow up email from the founder to check all was ok. Definitely a reliable company with great customer service and a fantastic product. Would highly recommend. 👌🏻 Date of experience: January 29, 20

Good delivery, great follow up email from the founder to check I was ok, and answered questions about installation. haven't tried them yet but looking forward to it

Excellent service. Delivery was fast, item was well packaged, and the one query I had was dealt with quickly.

OK I had an issue but it was sorted within 24 hours.

These panels were the ideal solution for my hunt for lightweight acoustic panels to enhance the sound quality in my flat. They're not only functional and fashionable, but they've also significantly reduced echo. I'm impressed and plan to repurchase.

These panels were a game-changer for my home office. I was tired of the echo during video calls and decided to give these a shot. Easy to install and surprisingly effective. Definitely worth the investment.

These panals are amazing! can't believe i wated so long for them. They look fantastic in my setup as well. If you're still on the fense, really just buy them already. You won't regret it!

They did help with reducing some of the echo in my room, but they didn't completely solve the issue as I had hoped. Maybe I should have ordered more. They're decent quality for the price
