Had a great customer experience with James from the start. They didn’t have the colour I needed in time for Christmas directly so bought from Amazon and they honoured the same discount on the main website and gave me a refund to the same value. Amazon sadly delivered with one panel with damage but they sorted me out a replacement and got it priority delivered in time. Also helped me with some one to one technical advice on placement. Good company to deal with it. Many thanks
