Cet entreprise travaille avec des agences d'arnaqueurs. La voiture est rendu après un séjour de 10j avec la voiture. Etat des lieux parfait avec l'agence sauf qu'en rentrant chez nous on nous préleve la caution. La raison les sièges était humides 1h après les sièges sont sec mais ca vaut bien d'arnaquer 850€ pour ça. Donc comment améliorer ça ? CHANGER TOUT et peut-être que ça deviendra une bonne entreprise.
Delighted with Argus car hire. We got a better price than other places yet the experience hiring the car was the best we’ve ever had. A virtually brand new car ! All the staff at Fox LA are so lovely ! Made it such a nice experience rather than the usual stress when hiring a car.
I have a US driver's license which is valid internationally. I had ZERO reason to believe I needed an international permit, especially that it was only stated "where required". The mandatory requirement of the international drivers permit can only been found if you go into the "manage booking" under a tab with "Main Driver Checklist" which half the time is not working when you click on it -- which is to say: it is hidden. If the condition of having an international permit is such a strict policy, it should be made clear BEFORE the customer has paid in full for booking a car via Argus otherwise it is clearly an attempt to trick the customer. All of that said, the additional driver (my husband) DID hold an international driver's permit that he presented to the car rental agency but we were told we could not make him the primary driver because he does not have a credit card, even though I do have one and the money for the car had already been paid and he had a valid international driver's permit. We spent 2 hours at the airport trying to find a way to solve this because we had no way to reach our accommodations (in the countryside outside of Palermo) and were traveling with our 5 year old and two other friends. Other car rental agencies were willing to accept a US driver's license without an international drivers permit for double the cost we paid and with Argus/Gold car not guaranteeing a refund, we could not afford this. We ended up paying 160 euros to take a taxi to Scopello where we were staying and were stuck for 2 weeks without a car, making our holiday a disaster. This is a scam. We should have been refunded, if not in full, then everything but 150$. A little slap in the face for not digging like a detective for hidden terms and conditions, not 615$ in high season Sicily when neither Argus or gold car incurred any loss. I have already filed a claim and was told a refund was not possible. I refiled the claim in the hopes that there are human beings working these companies who will recognize how devastating it is to work hard to save money for a much needed holiday and to have it ruined by scams.

Wir hatten ein Mietfahrzeug im Voraus online gebucht und bezahlt, doch bei der Abholung in Cagliari wurde unsere Kreditkarte (von Drivalia) unerwartet nicht akzeptiert. Die Angestellte vor Ort verwies uns an die Buchungsplattform Argus, aber diese war nicht hilfreich und behauptete fälschlicherweise, wir seien zu spät erschienen und die Buchung kann daher nicht mehr auf einen anderen Anbieter geändert werden. Das war definitiv nicht der Fall, wir waren rechtzeitig da! Es war uns daher nicht möglich, die Buchung zu ändern oder zu stornieren. Schließlich mussten wir gezwungenermaßen ein Fahrzeug bei einem anderen Anbieter mieten, während die über 500 € bei Argus/Drivalia verloren gingen. Ein absolut inakzeptables Verhalten. Abzocke!

Hier wird man betrogen! Auto über Check24 vollversichert gebucht. Bei der Abholung wurden wir auf französisch gefragt, ob wir eine Versicherung wünschen. Natürlich verneinten wir. Dann hat die Mitarbeiterin am Bahnhof Marseille doch die Vollversicherung angeklickt. Das war teuerer als das ganze Auto! Und bereits versichert! Und dann wurde uns für wenige Sekunden die Vertragsunterschrift am Bildschirm abverlangt! Da haben wir die mehr als Verdopplung des Preises von Check24 übersehen. Klar, schön dumm. Aber ich wette, dass die Mitarbeiterin an den fast 500€ Versicherungsgebühr gut verdient hat. Nie wieder!!

A scam like always with broker. They mentionned in really little that the car rental was taking only credit card and not debit card. Did not want to change the name on the reservation or give me a voucher to book it to another agency.

Best deal found for +5 car for a road trip in the USA. Online customer service was excellent as we had to change the reservation last minute. Rental service was outsourced to Budget. Pick up at New York airport JFK was a total chaos while drop off at Newark was super easy and fast.
