Easy to deal with pick up and drop off. Not the usual hire car company experience where you feel they are about to fleece you ! Be careful of the damage deposit as the money is actually taken from your card and then refunded. You might gain or loose out due to currency fluctuations ... I made about £3!

Very simple to hire and good price as well.

All process was efficient but JANET was the most lovely person we have found ever in a rental car counter. She gave us clear explanations and even very useful advices in our destinations. We are very thankful about her Thai lobster stew in Chatham.

Tout c'est très bien déroulé, de la réservation sur internet au retour du véhicule à l'agence de location. Seul petit bémol la puissance du véhicule.

Good communication and a great price.

The car wasn't as expected. I was charged by Dollar for a service Argus had included (breakdown). Dollar added tolls on and I had to tell them to take it off. The queue to pick up the car was over an hour and a half long. The staff were not helpful, even when I returned the car. However, car return was quick.

Very happy with everything except that I wanted to change my booking times a little, a few weeks before and I was unable to do so on your website or able to phone anyone to request it. In the end it did not matter but ability to communicate with a human is important to me at least.

Złożyliśmy rezerwację na wynajem auta w środę, w czwartek przyszedł mail w którym było napisane, że przy odbiorze trzeba użyć karty kredytowej. Nie byliśmy w posiadaniu takiej karty i obsługa odmówiła nam wydania samochodu mimo, że na karcie debetowej mieliśmy tyle pieniędzy żeby wykupić samochód. Straciliśmy całą przedpłatę z tego powodu, mimo kontaktu z infolinią.

Absolutely shocking. Were unable to refund my money for cancelling a car, and didn't tell me. Then requested bank details. Over 3 weeks later I received a message stating that they will refund me but will be sending the money to the original card? Within 15 days? They don't put you on to a manager and I had one staff member, Reem, refusing point blank to speak with me on the phone. Just sat there in silence refusing to put me onto a manager. Do not use them! Update. I've finally got them to agree to send me the refund to the right place, but they still say it will take 15 days. It will have taken six weeks to get my money back, about ten WhatsApp conversations, 10 emails and many telephone calls. In relation to the company response below I did message and I did call. I was ignored, hung up on about ten times and repeatedly told I could not speak to a manager. It's shocking. Argus, if I get charged for the telephone calls I'm going to be sending the bill to your company - please do expect that.
