Arbeitet mit Record Go als Subunternehmen zusammen. Versicherungsabzocke durch Record Go auf Mallorca. Der Anbieter Argus ist aus meiner Sicht auch für seine Kooperationspartner verantwortlich und sollte hier auf Qualität achten. Ich hatte einen Mietwagen über Argus Car Hire gebucht und ein Versicherungspaket mit Vollkasko ohne Selbstbehalt abgeschlossen, welches vom Vermieter Record Go ignoriert wurde. Ich wurde unter dem Vorwand, dass nur Record Go entscheidet, ob das Fahrzeug versichert ist, zur Unterzeichnung einer Versicherung genötigt. Mehrfache Einwände, dass ich bereits versichert sei wurden ignoriert. Ohne Versicherung kein Wagen. Versicherung für 8 Tage über 200 EUR!!! Abzocke! Nie wieder!

We booked a car on Rhodes for 2 weeks. First, the promised shuttle at the airport didn't come. After an endless phone call, someone picked us up after over 30 minutes. When we got to the counter, they tried to explain to us that only one driver had been registered and not two, which was obviously not true. But you could buy additional insurance for double the price of the vehicle. There was no other option. Unfriendly, incompetent and just plain fraudsters. The other holidaymakers next to us had the same problem. It seems to be a scam. We are waiting in vain for a refund. Update: I wrote an email and of course I didn't get a response! Beware of fraud!

Overall good. Bit of a wait at pick up, 3 or 4 people waiting and only one member of staff. Shame no direct pick up from terminal 4, had to get to terminal 5, no cost involved but a pain dragging luggage around.

Good value, gave me the service I expected.

Freundliches Personal, keine Wartezeiten. Einen Stern Anzug weil das Fahrzeug eine (größere) Beule unten am Auto aus einem früheren Unfall (vermutlich an einen Gegenstand gefahren) hatte, auf den nicht aktiv hingewiesen wurde.

Arnaque !?! Après avoir soigneusement sélectionné via cette plateforme (qui permettait ce filtre) "carte de débit" autorisé (et non crédit), et souscrit à l'assurance "Couverture premium" pour 66€. Nous avons était OBLIGE de remettre 286€ d'assurance sur place (Centauro Majorque), car la carte bancaire était à Débit et non à Crédit, malgré 1 heure de négociations ou la personne au comptoir n'avait pas vraiment envie de comprendre, et malgré les documents à l'appui. Impossible de joindre Argus Car Hire par téléphone. Si on paye pas : pas de voiture ! Bref, tenu en otage, belle déconvenue, et une location à 500€ au lieu de 220€. Expérience désastreuse, et nerfs à vif pour commencer son séjour ! A fuir.

The staff were courteous, well trained and efficient at pickup and extremely helpful in locating the car. The car was clean well maintained and well equipped. It performed faultlessly throughout our two weeks. Our return was equally as stress free with well trained and courteous staff.

Unser Flug hatte sich verspätet um etwa 90 Minuten. Daraufhin wurde uns gesagt, der vorab bezahlte Wagen wäre nicht mehr verfügbar. Uns wurde angeboten, eine neue Buchung durchzuführen, natürlich deutlich teurer. Da man darauf angewiesen war, gab es keine Wahl, als dieses zu tun. Das ist, liest man die anderen Bewertungen, systematischer BETRUG.

despite explaining multiple times why we couldnt pick up the hire car - flight had been cancelled, and also explaining that Gold car confirmed they wouldnt charge us , Argus is refusing to refund our money. TOTAL RIP OFF - UNFAIR UNREASONABLE RESPONSES

I rented a car through Argus in August 2024 from Rentscape, Bordeaux. AVOID THIS RENTAL COMPANY. The car we rented was not safe to drive - broken hand break, covered in scratches and the wing mirror was held on with tape and an elastic band - see photo. We had a flat tyre and despite roadside assistance being included in the rental agreement we were charged 450euros for the call out and despite agreeing to reimburse the cost of a new tyre fitting (200 euros), Rentscape later refused to refund this. Argus, as the broker, did not engage at all by phone or email. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ich kann nur bestätigen, Hände weg von dieser Mietwagenfirma 😡 Ich habe über Check24 einen Mietwagen für unseren urlaub gebucht - all Incluse, vollkasko mit sbh rückzahlung, glas, reifen, unterbodens hutz, dach erc - und auch schon bei der Buchung bezahlt. Bei Übernahme des (gleichwertigen) Fahrzeuges am Valletta Airport wurde der vorgelegte Voucher von der Dame ignoriert, nicht einmal angeschaut! Sie hat mir ein Formular überreicht mit 210 Euro für CWD ??? und 500 Euro SBH? Die 210 Euro wurden bereits abgebucht! Nach meinen nunmehrigen Recherchen stellt sich heraus dass mir nunmehr 2x der Vollkaskoschutz ohne mir eine verständliche Information zu geben, abgezogen wurde! Nach telefonischer Rücksprache bei Check24 - Herr Laub - hat mich dieser Herr für die Reklamation an die Leihwagenfirma verwiesen! Wer ist nunmehr für die mehr als dubiose Vorgangsweise verantwortlich? ‼️Mit der Beantwortung kann ich keinesfalls einverstanden sein! Ich habe einen Vertrag mit Check24 abgeschlossen und auch bezahlt; dieser Vertrag beinhaltet eine all inclusive Vereinbarung und wurde von mir auch die entsprechende Zahlung vorgenommen. Durch diese Vereinbarung habe ich einen VOUCHER über den all inclusive Inhalt der Vereinbarung erhalten. Warum die Dame im Büro diesen Voucher ignorierte ist mir nicht bekannt. Sie hat mir nur ein Papier OHNE Aufklärung zu Unterschrift vorgelegt damit ich den Leihwagen erhalte. Wie sich danach herausstellte wurde mir nunmehr zum zweiten Mal die Vollkaskoversicherung in Rechnung gestellt. Diese Vorgangsweise ist nicht korrekt - siehe auch die vielen Rezessionen wo das ebenfalls so gemacht wurde - und ist davon auszugehen das hier seitens diesem Büro am Airport von Malta hier eine betrügerische Vorgangsweise gegeben ist! Ich ersuche sie diese Vorgangsweise nochmals zu prüfen und hoffe das hier für mich eine positive Erledigung erfolgt
