Wir wurden am 13.05.24 am Flughafen Faro P4 nicht wie vereinbart von dieser Autovermietung abgeholt. Keine Reaktionen auf unsere vielen Telefonate und Mails. Ergebnis: Eine Übernachtung am Flughafen Faro.Selbst Check24 konnte absolut nicht ausrichten, obwohl sich sehr bemüht wurde. Natürlich wurde seitens Argus Car Hire nichts erstattet, obwohl ein Mitarbeiter per E-Mail bestätigte, dass man uns nicht abgeholt hatte. Also, wer nicht am Flughafen übernachten möchte und sich erneut keinen Mietwagen überteuert buchen möchte,sollte tunlichst Argus Car Hire Autovermietung unbedingt meiden!!! Bemerkenswert war noch, dass kein einiziger Shuttlebus Fahrer von anderen Autovermietungen die Argus Car Hire kannte oder einen Shuttlebus gesehen hatte. Sämtliche Shuttlebusse haben wir von 19.15 - ca. 21.10 Uhr dort auf P4 und Umgebung gesehen, nur leider keinen Shuttle von Argus Car Hire/ Green Motion.
Ne pas passer par ce courrier, une fois payer plus de solution en cas de problème. Il faut louer en direct, car les loueurs n'aiment pas loué par ce biais, prix trop négocié. Du coup il cherche a gagner de l'argent ailleurs.

Update after their response: - This is not about what I'd hope! this is about honouring your promise and the binding contract when you take customers money and send an email confirming the car hire. How can you justify letting me down as a customer when I am being told there is no car for you at the office on the day? The minimum is taking responsibility of your actions and, or finding me an alternative, or compensating me for the alternative I found. It is unprofessional lacking communication with the real car hire company, who, btw, was blaming you of not transferring any data. As feedback to your superiors: when booking a car, investigate any mitigating circumstances with the real car hire company before taking people's money and before confirming that the car hire is effective. - Hired a car using their website, they were the middle man between me and the real hire company: Centauro. Centauro office in Rhodes airport refused to give me the car on the day, because I had a flat tyre with them a year earlier and despite they took all my deposit they were refusing to give me the car. It was the worst car hiring experience in my life!! lots of stress in the middle of high season in August. Two hours of discussions with the centauro agent and argus on the phone (at least 15eur phone credit!) and a huge amount of stress leaving me with no solutions or options. I had to hire another car to my expense in high season, I paid double price and no help from argus car hire. Three months later and exchange of many emails, where they asked me things like provide proof of my flight to Rhodes within 5 days or they will close my file! I got refunded the original price of my car hire, but no compensation for the double cost of booking another car on the day in high season or the hours I spent calling them and calling other companies to find another car on the day. Basically I booked a car that I picked the next hour at the airport, you can imagine the cost of doing this in the middle of August in Rhodes (Greece). I will never use argus again or recommend to use them.
Attention. Gros soucis avec le service client qui est totalement incompétent. J’ai loué une voiture cet été. J’ai eu de gros soucis avec le loueur (dont4 jours sans voiture) et je n’ai jamais réussi à avoir une compensation. Le service client m’a tout simplement baladé. À fuir !
Achtung Betrug!!! Bei unserem eintreffen am 29.9.24 am Flughafen Malpensa war nirgendwo ein Transferauto zu finden. Unter der Servicenummer war niemand erreichbar,sodass wir auf eine andere Mietwagenfirma ausweichen mussten. Der bezahlte Betrag wurde bis heute nicht zurückverwiesen. Stattdessen gibt es blöde Ausreden. Ihre Ausrede hilft nicht. Betrug bleibt Betrug!!!

Wonderful young and dynamic team. Company training requires them to do a bit of nonsensical upsell when you try to check out your car, but that was a minor issue. I was running late on the return, so they even picked up the car from the adjacent lot where I had misparked it.
Alquile un coche en Marrakech ,la entrega del coche fue bastante bien.El problema vino a entregar el coche ,llamadas 3 horas antes y no respondia . Se presento en el aeropuerto una hora tarde , el coche se entrego perfecto y aun asi a los tres dias hicieron efectivo el pago de la fianza la cual estoy reclamando a la compañia desde hace tres meses ya.

The details of the cars available and the rental costs are very clear, with no hidden 'extras'. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. I have used Argus over very many years and have found their service to be excellent
No issue with Argus, but Green Motion Kalamata should not be used. It advertises three pick up/drop off points, and a shuttle bus service. I do not believe this service exists, despite assurances from both Argus and GM's customer service. We were forced to get a (20 Euro) taxi from Kalamata bus station to the sole office near, but not actually inside, the airport. The local operator was rude and unhelpful.
