Das Fahrzeug konnte nicht abgeholt werden, weil die Station auf Sylt dauerhaft geschlossen war. Reservierung + Bezahlung im Februar 2024, Mietzeitraum Weihnachten/Sylvester 2024, Rückerstattung erst Februar 2025. Ich habe bis 2 Minuten vor Abholung regelmäßige Erinnerungen des Vermieters per Mail erhalten. Vor Ort musste ein wesentlich teureres Fahrzeug einer anderen Vermietung angemietet werden. Keine Erstattung des Mehraufwandes, keine Entschuldigung. Argus hat 12 Monate die Mietzahlung verwaltet und keine Leistung erbracht. Lerne: Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Also nie wieder!

My parents want to rent a car in Spain . They pay online get the confirmation by the bank . The day after they came to the agency for take the car but the company told them it's was not possible to get the car because they have a debit card and not a credit . Impossible to do any opposition with the bank and get any refund . Because they send a mail between the payment and the confirmation telling the condition in really small . Do not rent a car with this company worst experience ever it's a scam company. Fabien

They offered me a rental car without even basic insurance (cdw) which is always included and was not clearly specified. At the rental desk they looked and managed my argus car hire booking as it was some kind of scam

Argus is ok but avoid Delpaso in Spain if it is offered by Argus. Delpaso is very unfriendly and will try to charge for damages already existing at pick-up.
