Good prises and cars
Avoid Argus at all costs. They took my money and leftme at the airport without a car. Their sales agent just laughed when asked for money back.

Unbeatable value and really outstanding staff at the car rental desk in Dublin Airport. The car was in pristine condition, there was zero pressure to but any ‘extras’, and the return process was fast and hassle-free. We will be back!

Rude customer service and unwilling to help instantly. We recently booked a hire car with OK Mobility via argus but encountered a serious issue upon arrival. Our booking was mistakenly made for 12:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM, which we only realized when we arrived at their location. Tjeir staff informed us that we could not have a car. However, when speaking with the same service advisor, we were told that OK Mobility holds vehicles for a 4-hour grace period for late arrivals. Given that we joined the queue at 3:40 PM (delayed due to traffic from the airport), we were well within this window. Despite this, our booking was still refused without a valid explanation. This contradicts the policy we were informed of, leaving us feeling misled by both staff and management. Furthermore, we were unfairly denied a refund, despite being entitled to a vehicle at the time of arrival. This situation goes against customer rights, as policies should protect both customers and staff—not leave paying customers without a service they are entitled to. We had 0 support from argus and they had no interest in helping us despite the fact that okmobility had essentially refused our car although we were still in the grace period and then continued to refuse a refund.
Argus always, always reliable and cost effective
Through Argus we rented a car in Miami for 2 weeks, the actual car was to supplied by AutoUnion. The process of renting the car via Argus was easy and without any problems; the supplied documentation was clear and precise. We had no need to contact Argus about anything so can't comment on Customer Services. For Information: The car collection process requires you to contact AutoUnion for pick-up, either via phone or Whatsapp, they then send a driver to pick you from the designated pick-up point; this takes a few (10 -> 15) minutes. The paperwork and checking the condition of the car (Dozens of photos and a video are taken and forwarded to your e-mail address) at the AutoUnion business address then takes about 20 -> 25 minutes. The car drop off process requires you to drive to the AutoUnion business address, they then check the car over (Some photos and a video are taken but you don't get to see them) before a driver takes you back to the airport; this takes a few (10 -> 15) minutes. All in all we were happy with the entire experience.

90 € de surcharge pour la location d’une voiture à Marrakech, parce que les chiffres de ma carte de crédit ne sont pas… en relief. Oui, les chiffres de ma carte de crédit ne sont pas en relief donc on me prélève plus. Je recommande donc d’éviter à tout prix de réserver avec arguscarhire, peut être qu’ils n’accepteront pas les cartes à bords ronds? Ou en plastique? Ou quoi d’autre encore? Sérieusement mettez des prix normaux au lieu d’enfler les gens …

If the terms and conditions are set out the the hire company should abide by them. Also the practise of checking the fuel level when the car has been brim filled at the BP garage 500 mtrs away. They somehow find a way to squeeze another 5 ltrs in. I guess that the attendants perk. But it’s annoying and fraud
Good car and best price
Scam company do not trust!! Paid £180 for car hire to then be sent an email AFTER paying to say I need a credit card in my name or I cannot take the car. I do not have a credit card. No customer services, no one to contact. Vile company avoid at all costs
