Oplichters
Oplichters, alles betaald maar bij ophalen auto moest ik bijbetalen. Niemand te bereiken op zaterdag 12:00 dus maar gedaan. Nu al 3 maanden bezig om het geld terug te krijgen, geen reactie van Argus. Heb nu het krediet kaart bedrijf aangeschreven om het geld terug te boeken. Ik huur hier in ieder geval nooit meer.

Customer Care kann man bei Problemen voll vergessen.
Das geht nun seit Oktober 2024. Man fühlt sich wirklich veräppelt. Die Mitarbeiter vom Customer Care, bisher Israa und Mohamed, schaffen keine Lösung für eine mir in Rechnung bzw. meinem Konto belastend gestellte volle Tankfüllung, obwohl der Mietwagen (von EuropeCar Italy Bari) voll!!! betankt zurück gegeben wurde. Sie behaupten seit Monaten immer wieder, dass mein Beweis nicht eingegangen ist. Das ist eine Lüge! Unglaublich.

Experience parfaite (Goldcar)
Expérience parfaite ! Facile de réserver, de prendre et de rendre la voiture (chez Goldcar à Nice), la voiture était impeccable et j'ai même été surclassé gratuitement sur un meilleur modèle, ils me l'ont proposé. Ils ne m'ont pas poussé à la consommation (assurance) et ont été très efficaces et rapides.
