Easy and quick pick up and drop off. Assistant was very disgruntled when I told him I had my own insurance and didn't want to take out theirs. Would have been nice to have a brief explanation of the car controls! Never used an automatic hand brake before.

Never ever book with Angus Car Hire. Unreliable, unhelpful, absolute crooks! I’m suprise they’re allowed to operate taking advantage of customers cancelling bookings and keeping money in full.

Great deal, until something happens and they refuse to credit anything back after our flight was cancelled, not worth saving a few bucks to get ripped off later.

Da ich spanisch und englisch nicht spreche, hatte ich bedenken bezüglich der Übernahme des Mietwagens. Wie es sich herausstellte, ohne Grund. Die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, trotz der Sprachbariere haben uns verstanden.

Service déplorable et politique malhonnête ! En cas de problème, ne comptez sur aucun remboursement, ils feront tout pour garder votre argent, peu importe la situation. Le service client est inexistant dès qu’ils ont encaissé votre paiement : aucune aide, aucune solution, juste des excuses inutiles. Une fois que vous avez payé, c’est fini pour eux. À éviter absolument si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent !

Argus Car trawler angebot ueber billiger-metwagen vermittelt, bei erfolgloser abholung stellt sich - nach anruf bei mietwagen- heraus, dass die reservierung von argus storniert worden ist ohne rueckmeldung. Weder mietwagen noch argus wollen verantwortlich sein. Kunde bleibt am ende auf seinen zusaetzlichen kosten fuer ersatzwagen sitzen..unterirdisch!

The car was nice . booking process was great. Just a little disappointed with the returns area. Seemed like plenty of staff but very few dealing with customers.
