Experience was good. I think to pay the premium of going via a third party “search” engine you need to start guaranteeing the car to differentiate the service otherwise what are you adding when they advertise the “car of the year” in each category but you get something not quite as nice.

Die Mietwagen Buchung war einfach und unkompliziert, der Preis absolut fair. Es gab die Möglichkeit eines Online Check in‘s, dadurch hatten wir innerhalb von 5 min am Schalter unser Fahrzeug. Wir haben ein besseres Auto bekommen als wir gebucht hatten. Bei der Rückgabe brauchten wir den Schlüssel nur in eine Box einwerfen. Die Abrechnung erfolgte genau wie vorher gebucht, es gab keine versteckten Kosten oder zusätzliche Versicherungen. Die Mautgebühren in Norwegen wurden detailliert aufgelistet und abgerechnet.

Service and quality of car was very good

Great friendly efficient staff. Didnt take too much time at all. Car was clean and with little to no damage. The guy at desk even dropped us off at Airport entrance which was nice of him to do.

Warnung: Dieser Vermittler offeriert Mietwagen über Record Go. Eine Unterstützung bei eventuellen Problemen mit Record Go ist jedoch nicht zu erwarten; die Provisionierung scheint prioritär zu sein. Bei der Fahrzeugübernahme wurde ich, trotz bestehender und nachgewiesener Versicherung, unter Androhung der verweigerten Fahrzeugübergabe zum Abschluss einer zusätzlichen Versicherung vor Ort gezwungen. Dies resultierte in zusätzlichen Kosten von 156 €. Daher rate ich dringend von diesem Mietwagenanbieter ab. Update: Die Rückmeldung von Argus Car bestätigt meine Einschätzung: Bei Problemen übernehmen sie keine Verantwortung. Kunden, die über ihre Plattform einen Mietwagen buchen und eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten, betrachten sie zu Recht als ihren Ansprechpartner! Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Vermittler!

Everything went well. Car had some scratches but that's no reflection on the Company.

Szybki i łatwy proces odbioru pojazdu. Samochód spełniał wszystkie oczekiwania, praktycznie nowy, czysty. Zakończenie najmu również szybkie i sprawne. Zwrot kaucji po 2 dniach, bez problemu (weekend). Polecam.

Avoid this company, they take your money and never refund you. They make money from the fact that you plan your travel early and can't file a complaint with your credit card after 60 days. They also don't have a customer service number, you have to talk to them via chatbot and their chatbot freezes after you spend 15 minutes with them. A total waste of time.

I have an American Driver License, I had no problem renting and driving in Europe. Argus will connect you with rental company that requires International driver license and keep your money because you are not able to pick up the car.

This company is a scam, poor me fell into it, they will never refund you for anything!! the minute you swipe your card your money is lost forever, Dont fall for cheap price offer, never book with them, its the worst service you can get; it is impasible to get a refund even if is totaly thear mistake!!! did hade great expirence withe other agents, stay far from this site
