An insurance company sent my details in error. I phoned Ardent and the customer service was brilliant. I don't recall the woman's name I dealt with, but she was brilliant. She was kind, polite and knowledgeable. She sent my details back to the Insurance company. She really helped me and I'm very grateful for the great service she provided.

An absolute joke

This so called Debt Collection Company ' are nothing but an absolute joke but sadly not very funny, rather like the practices they use to try to get money that IS NOT OWED out of people who actually do pay their bills. Guess what this set of morons are now doing? Sending silly letters threatening something on the lines of bailiffs!!! Bring it on guys because you're dealing with a retired Step Change Debt Counsellor and I know just how to deal with real bailiffs so I'm keeping my dog hungry and she likes a nice ankle bone to nibble on but they're not normally still attached to a living being. I've rung you 3 times and tried to explain to the idiots you have answering your phones THAT I PAID THE KLARNA BILL September 2024. Klarna have actually refunded me some money around 2 months ago so as I've always said I PAID THAT BILL IN September 2024. DEBT CLEARED, GONE ETC ETC ...........ANY MORE STUPID LETTERS FROM YOU AND I'LL TAKE PROPER LEGAL ACTION BY A CCJ AND THATS REALLY GOING TO EAT INTO YOUR PROFITS SO BACK OFF.

Debt settled 2 yrs ago - Ebay says its due and wants paying again!!

Agreed with an Ardent service advisor, settlement figure for a minor ebay debt back on 25/09/2023 (paid in full on this day). I have been informed today - 23rd June 2025, that Ardent credit did not update their client or confirm to them that this debt had been settled in full!! Highly irregular practice & behaviour by a VAT registered LTD business. Phillips & Cohen Associates (UK), Ltd. Question for Nick Cherry: The Codes & standards compliance advertised via web page, and this is only a suggestion, perhaps training of the FOUR CORE VALUES may be of use going forward. Existing & potential Clients BEWARE - Recovery may lack transparency.....

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. I didnt even no i had an outstanding balance with admiral home insurance. No letters not 1 correspondence from them. All of a sudden bombarded with calls maybe 5 times a day from ardent. No letter from these just call after call. I dont answer unknown numbers and i work driving so can rarely answer a call while in work. All of a sudden text message after text message. Firstly who gave you the right to have my confidential phone number. Thats what emails are for and all this for a measly £46 lmao. As soon as i found out i paid in full. Absolutely pathetic company. Like going back intime to these scam creditors. Thought government had sorted these kind of parasites out in this modern day but guess not

Absolute joke of a company, explain to a advisor you're out of work to be bombarded daily by phone calls in the morning and evening. 9 times last week this is borderline harassment

Great phone manner. James needs a pay increase

Had 2 calls from these guys regarding supposed money owed to BT. First time they called, it was no help at all but i asked for it to get looked in to. Heard nothing back. Had a call today from a guy called James. I'm full of flu, and although it doesnt mean much, he asked if i was ok, and can i continue the phone call. His phone manner was excellent and he followed up on my previous request to look in to it, where he found the fault and got the balance wiped with BT. He did his job, but im very greatful and he was a good guy

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my bank statement linked to Ardent Credit Services Ltd t/a Debt & Revenue Services. I have never had any dealings with this company, yet my card was fraudulently charged. Under UK and EU financial regulations, including the Payment Services Regulations (PSRs) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), no transaction should be processed without proper identity verification. The fact that this company accepted a fraudulent payment raises serious concerns about their security measures and compliance with financial laws. A company handling financial transactions should have stringent fraud prevention measures in place, yet they have failed miserably in protecting consumers. I have reported this case to my bank and financial authorities for investigation. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this company to exercise extreme caution. Any legitimate company should prioritize consumer protection and comply with legal financial standards. If you have also been affected, report them to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Action Fraud UK immediately. This company should be held accountable for its negligence and lack of security protocols. Avoid at all costs.
