You couldn’t ask for better service from these folks, and their products are excellent too. Being a current Archies Slides wearer, I fancied a different colour, so set about ordering a pair, this time in blue. On arrival I noticed a small nick, like it had been pinched somehow, but definitely damaged. The packaging looked intact, so clearly a manufacturing fault. So I emailed them to find out how I could get a replacement pair. Two emails later and a couple of photographs later, a brand new pair was on order, free of charge, no need to send the damaged pair back. No quibbling, no excuses and all done in a friendly fashion. Brilliant.

I have rarely found a company and its’ customer service as reliable, thoughtful and thorough. I just wrote them asking if they would start a customer service academy! The shoes are well made and this company has integrity. We had delivery problems, they solved it. Archie’s Footwear is the real thing.

I ordered the new insoles for my workboots, but i didnt update my delivery address as we mived recently. When i recieved my first SMS on tracking dwlivery inoticed my mistake. Ao i contqcted Archies customer service and Aria responded very promptly and arrange for delivery to my new address. No extra charge and within 24 hrs i had my pair of insoles which slipped straight into my workboots ready for my next workday. Amazing customer service and great products. Very happy customer restores faith in shopping online.

I've had several Archies over the years and I loved them, very comfy BUT they have all ended in the same fate- the toe bar snaps far too easily while walking- particularly if any strain is put on like a stumble or trip over uneven ground. A few weeks ago, I was on holiday in the middle of a walk, stumbled on a slight stone and it snapped clean off my foot! My friend had to run ro the nearest supermarket and buy me some emergency €5 ones! Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing again for this reason, as I've had 3 pairs do this now. 😕

I have been an archies wearer for about 2 years now. Recently got their work boot insoles and decided it was time for a casual pair so I was always in comfy shoes no matter the occasion. They accidentally sent me 2 different sized insoles in the box. I contacted them and got a reply within half an hour as well as a receipt for a brand new set being sent free of charge for the mistake. Jenny was incredibly helpful! Thank you Archie's Footwear!!

When I received my order I realized I had been sent the wrong color. I sent a message to them right away and received the quickest response. They returned my message and just requested 2 pictures to show their warehouse so they could make sure this didnt happen to some one else. After doing this, they told me they wanted me to keep the incorrect color and provided me with a discount code to order the correct one. I did so and it didn't cost me a dime. I can't say enough about the great service I received from Archies footwear. Missy was fantastic and I will definitely remain a loyal customer.

I took a chance on these flipflops after seeing them all over social media. Ordered 2 pairs for free shipping, black & tan. Normally size 39.5 so ordered 39.5-40. Absolutely perfect! Great fit, good quality and so comfortable! I even use them for long walks with the dog. No sore toes or heels, they mould to your feet with use. So, if in doubt give them a try!

Archies thongs are the best! My family, kids, parents and sister have purchased many pairs over the years. I still wear a pair I purchased 3 years ago nearly every day. The customer service was outstanding! I contacted the company as I had made a mistake with the shipping address. I got an almost immediate helpful and polite reply from a HUMAN, not just dreadful AI. I was assured that my request was heard and immediately responded to. That nowadays is a very welcome and pleasant experience when dealing with online orders.

The Archie slippers are so amazing! They are super warm! They mould to your feet and feel like you’re walking on firm marshmallows. These are the most comfortable slippers I’ve ever had! It’s true that they are very tight on your feet upon arrival, but it won’t take long for them to adjust to the shape of your foot. These slippers allow you to go without socks, while still keeping them warm.

Love Archies flip flops so I have a number of pairs in different colours. I can walk for ever in them without them hurting. There was a slight mix up in my recent order and I contacted customer service. Ken came back to me within about 10 mins and resolved my issue immediately. The customer service I received from Ken was amazing. The fact that the customer service is as brilliant as the product will definitely ensure I will come back for more.

Fast arrival. Website easy to navigate. Sizing recommendations are accurate, so size that arrived fits perfectly. The arch support makes all the difference in the world! These flip flops are super supportive and comfortable. The sandal forms to your foot as you wear it.

Waiting for an op on my tendon and struggling to walk. These Archies were immediately comfortable. No horrible bit in the middle to cause blisters. They can’t make me pain free atm but certainly more comfortable than any other shoe ware I’ve got. Lovely comfy sole too.

I reached out to customer service after receiving the slides, as unlike the two pairs of flip flops I’ve purchased, the slides did not fit as I had hoped. Miss Lia responded almost immediately to my email, and offered suggestions as to what I could do to improve the fit. After trying her thorough instructions, I reached out again. A short time after I write, Miss Lia again reached out. Her resolve to solve my issue was unlike anything I had experienced; she shared information about the company’s return/exchange policies with the goal of simply my being pleased with the outcome. She is an amazing ambassador to the company, providing exceptional customer service. Great company, great products. Order from them, you won’t be sorry!

I'm already a fan of Archie slides. I was impatient to order the new Sangria color. When I received the order I was disappointed because I got the flip flops instead. (!) So I immediately wrote and got a super quick response from Ken at Archies' customer service. He was very apologetic and said that this kind of mixup was very rare and that he would proceed to reorder the slides as soon as I sent the info he needed to do a follow-up on my original order. I sent him the photos of the flip flops I received and the bar code on the tag etc. He wrote back to give me the new order number and the tracking info. I wrote back to get the procedure for the exchange and to my surprise he offered me to keep the flip flops for me or as a gift to a friend. I thanked him of course and I put aside the flip flops because I wear custom made foot orthoses for arched feet and I just didn't think wearing flip flops were a good idea. My order came in a few days later and I was very pleased with my new pair of slides. I finally tried the flip flops and ajusted them to my liking. I was surprised to feel as much support as the slides or shoes with my orthosis. I'm keeping them !!! Thank you Ken and Archies, I really appreciate the gesture.
