I ordered from Archies Footwear and paid extra for 2-day express shipping, expecting to receive my package promptly. Unfortunately, it will be a week instead of 2-days. The delay is frustrating, but what’s more disappointing is the response (or lack thereof) from customer service.
When I reached out to inquire about the shipping issue, I was met with little accountability or urgency. There was no real effort to resolve the problem or acknowledge the inconvenience. I expected better communication and responsibility from a brand that promotes itself on quality and customer care.
The product might be great (once it eventually gets here), but this experience has left a sour taste. If you’re considering ordering from Archies, be cautious about relying on their express shipping option — and don’t expect much help if something goes wrong.
