I purchased my first pairs of Archies for each family member for an upcoming vacation based on reviews, they didn’t disappoint! I received my order we all tried them on super comfy but I was sent an incorrect style. No quicker than I sent the email I received a response from a human being :-)! Lia was amazing rectified the issue in minutes literally in 10mins. Amazing service and product a rarity these days! I will recommend to friends and family.

I ordered my first pair of flip flops and was advised I would have them in 5 to 7 days. When I tracked them I didn't think there was any movement on the progress bar. I was actually terrified I'd clicked on a scam link to a bogus website. I emailed the customer services to query my order and expected due date for delivery. A fantastic person, Aria, dealt with my query with speed and efficiency and in the most polite manner (despite my curt query!!) Long story short, my flip flops had been delivered but I hadn't realised it as I had them delivered to my workplace and had been out of the office for 2 days. I was delighted to email Aria to advise her of same. The whole thread of communication from Aria has been nothing short of top class - the flip flops are absolutely 💯 gorgeous and I don't think they'll come off my feet for the summer. Only problem to solve now is what colour I'll buy next? 🤔 Thank you for your outstanding service - I'll be back for more.

The flip flops are very comfortable, there’s no denying that but the finish of the product was messy. Lots of unfinished edges which I had to trim with scissors. Not quite what I expected for a £34 pair of flip flops. Customer service tried to be helpful but ultimately it was down to me to arrange a return on the faulty product.

In addition to the products, which are great, the customer service is amazing! I had a sizing issue and wasn’t sure if I needed another size. Customer service got right back to me each time I sent a question or comment and they helped me by sending a second pair for me to try and then helped me return the one that wasn’t a good fit. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to have a customer experience with a real person who cared on the other side instead of an AI bot. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!!

I bought 3 pairs of Archie’s and only received 2. I contacted the support team - Lia in particular - and she was fantastic. Within a few hours the problem was solved and another pair were being shipped. I have only worn the slides for a few hours but I love them. They are so comfortable and the choice of colours is amazing. I will definitely recommend these sandals to everyone and the support team for making this such a pleasant experience.

If I could leave more stars I would! The customer service I received today from Ken was second to none! He made doubly sure I would have a great experience and I will be purchasing again from Archies Footwear!

I have a couple of pairs of slides i absolutely love them, only problem I have is my feet sweat! I got my slippers 10 minutes ago and... love, love , love them! I may need to order another pair for a spare!

Not only are the slides very comfy but Archies have an exceptional good customer service, which is often not the case nowadays. All my thansk to Missy who helped me with the delivery issues and the size switch. I will absolutely recommend archies to friends and family and will order a pair of flipflops too. And the Navy Blue is very chique. :-)

I absolutely love the flip flops, so much so I bought two new pairs for this summer. As for customer services, amazing! Lia has been fantastic, I had a query and she replied straight away and followed up a week later. Brilliant company

I had a product issue after received and the customer service was fast and excellent. I wanted to update since I've had them a few weeks now and I myself find reviews helpful. They are great, they are pricey for a flip flop that's what I thought at first but being able to try for a trial period made me feel better. I have bursitis and have been having a hard time finding shoes I can wear that don't hurt me. I can't do regular flip-flops or slides anymore. They are definitely worth it! Like I said the customer service the day I got them really impressed me but now that I've worn them for a few weeks I really like them too, Thank you Archies!

First, the flip flops are the most comfortable ones I have ever owned. I did have a minor issue with my order, but the customer service is EXCELLENT. Lia answered my email within minutes and resolved the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

I asked for these as a birthday present. OMG The best and most comfortable flip-flops I’ve ever worn. I’m going to order more.

These sliders are marketed for men and women but are way too big for women. I have wide fit but they are so big my feet are lost in them. After speaking to customer services, who were very helpful, I ordered the next size down which were too small in length. I’d say in conclusion a great fit for men but unless you’ve got very wide feet , not great for women. I struggle to understand how one shoe can be suitable for both when men have much wider feet, it baffles me how they get such 5 star reviews.

I love archie flip flops as the arch support makes them much more comfortable than their flat competitors. I recently ordered a new pair but received the wrong colour. The customer service from Missy was excellent. Thanks for your help and efficiency.
