Archies Footwear

I absolutely love these slides and flip flops, especially as I get swollen feet from time to time. I own several pairs in a variety of colours. The customer service I have received from Archies has been superb from start to finish. I have really appreciated all their help in facilitating the exchange and sizing of a pair of limited edition sliders that originally had a technical issue. I will continue to shop with yourselves in the future and look forward to adding more of your limited colours to my collection.

Bought a pair of thongs in 2021. Very happy. Took them on a holiday up to a cattle station near Meekatharra (in the middle of Western Australia) in September 2023. Made the mistake of lending them to my teenage son. He left them in a remote area on the property (it's 130,000 hectares). We returned in September 2024. Explored again. FOUND THE THONGS. They were a little faded but OTHERWISE FINE. This place reaches extreme temperatures- from lows of near freezing to 50 degrees Celsius in summer. And they were fine. AMAZING. Just thought you would like the feedback :)

This message is for the leadership of customer service. Your CSR Aria and her team Lead made my day today. These flip flops are the best and I was very sad to have mine break on me today whilst on my vacation. Aria was quick to respond to my sadness, and as I was out of warranty she went above and beyond to help get me the best offer on a new pair. I reordered right away and would have added a second pair (hot pink) if they had been in stock. Thank you so very much, I have several friends who are Archie’s fans too and I will be singing your praises to anyone who wants to listen.

I ordered 2 pairs but found them to be uncomfortable and I didn't like the thin strap. Customer beware - return postage was €5.99 and €5.99 is also deducted if you paid by credit card. Expensive returns. On a positive note, the return was easy and customer service was efficient.

Fantastic customer service was proven to me when I reached out regarding a recent order that stated it was delivered, but had never reached my home. I’m an Archies customer for life and never miss an opportunity to tell others how great my flip flops are!

I received my sliders and they seemed a little tight so I contacted customer services for advice Ken was so helpful and suggested that he would send me the next size at no charge so that I could compare the two sizes The larger size was sent immediately with a free returns label for any unwanted pairs I could not have asked for better service Thank you Ken at Archie’s

3 maanden geleden Archies Slippers gekocht. Heb onwijs doorgezakte voeten en kan eigenlijk alleen nog maar schoenen dragen met steunzolen. De Archies geven voldoende steun om tóch als t warm weer is op slippers te kunnen lopen. Kan er prima comfortabel lang op lopen! Helaas brak eergisteren een bandje. Na contact met een supervriendelijke klantenservice medewerker is er vandaag al kosteloze vervanging onderweg. Echt topservice: snelle reactie, persoonlijk, plus fijn opgelost met een nieuw paar!

Fantastische slippers! Ik heb ze in 3 kleuren. Mijn hele gezin draagt ze. Als je een eerste bestelling wilt plaatsen lees dan even goed het maatadvies om teleurstelling te voorkomen.

I ordered a pair of flip flops and it was quite obvious within minutes of trying them on, that they were never going to feel comfortable. I would go as far as to say they are probably the most uncomfortable flip flops I’ve ever tried. The bit that goes between your toes is thick and inflexible. That’s fine, shoes are personal choice, but what really disgusts me is that they charge you £4.99 to return them. It’s not even like I just didn’t like them, they literally hurt my feet! Rubbish returns policy and suggests to me that they get a high level of returns…..

I recently purchased two pairs of Archie’s flip flops. My first time buying them. I was originally hesitant because of the price. It’s not that $40 is a lot but at the time I felt it was a lot for flip flops. However , after getting mine I have totally changed my mind. They are absolutely worth the money! They are super comfortable. Being 40 now I can’t stand to wear those cheap ones from Old Navy anymore. My feet hurt so much after a short time in them. With my Archie’s I can wear them for hours and my feet are fine. I will definitely be buying more pairs. I want to try the slides as well. If you’re thinking about it just do it. You won’t regret it !

The Whole experience was marvellous. I brought the wrong size flip flops spoke with Ken about the return.. he was so Very Helpful… we took them to the post office on the 4/8 /2025 and in the evening I had a email to say they were processing my Refund . It was my first order .. but will certainly buy more and I work in Retail .. and will definitely be telling my customers about them . Chris Roberts

The customer service is phenomenal!! I love my Archie’s I have 6-7 pairs and the slides!!! I wouldn’t wear anything else!!! Waiting for them to make a red pair!!! So I can buy one more pair!!

I can’t say enough about the great customer service I received from this company. I emailed them when I had not received my order after waiting for some time. Although it was shipped out promptly, my order was delayed/lost locally. Raymond emailed right back with tracking info and we decided to wait a couple more days to see if the shipping status changed. When it had not, I contacted them again, and Lia replied right away with a prompt solution to ship out a new order that day. Within just a few days, I received the replacement order. Raymond and Lia were so pleasant to communicate with, and without hesitation, they solved my issue. I will definitely be a returning customer! I wish all companies could be this responsive and easy to work with. 😊

5 star service and the best shoes! I needed to exchange a pair of slides for a bigger size and the process could not have been smoother. The new shoes arrived within about 24 hours after I dropped the originals in the mail. Ken was super responsive and helpful when I asked about the process. Excellent service and the shoes are amazing.

Ich habe mit Fotos belegt, dass ich entweder wegen des Materials oder wegen der schmalen Riemen eine Wunde oder allergische Reaktion bekommen habe. Nach Rücksendung der Ware möchte man mich nun mit einem zeitlich befristeten Gutschein abspeisen.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they were able to promptly change it before shipping it out. Amazing customer service.

I ordered the slides based on some other Archie footwear i have, but they were a bit too big. I had worn them around the house (had to take off tags to do so) so i didn’t think i could exchange. This company made it right, sent me the next size down to compare, and will take back the pair that doesn’t fit, no shipping or restock fees. Their communication was clear and helpful. A+ customer service!

Purchased my first pair of Archie's from Amazon. Big mistake. Waste of money. Most uncomfortable footwear I have ever purchased in my life. Have tried to persevere to no avail. The longer I wear them, the more uncomfortable they are. Wished I had kept the wrapping so that I could send them back!
