I ordered 3 new pair of Archies and forgot to change my address from my last order. I contacted customer support and Jenny promptly answered my email and was successful in changing the address. Less than one week later, my new Archies arrived! I do appreciate good customer service, which sadly is rare these days. This company is the best and has the best product. I now proudly own 6 pair. I live in these shoes and live them. They are the only shoes I wear outside of tennis. Love this company! Maureen Carroll

Customer service was excellent in responding within hours of my concern. My order arrived promptly. I now own 4 pairs of flip flops and couldn't be any happier with my purchase and that I would love to have more in different colours. So happy, I will be ordering more in the near future.

Customer service was excellent , Ken responded to my email within minutes, I'd ordered the wrong size,but in fact they turned out to fit perfectly, I now own 5 pairs. I wouldn't be without them.

If your looking for a wet squeaky flip flop that will alert people 4 blocks away that your coming then get some Archie’s. I honestly don’t know how the arch support can do any good when your flop is full of moisture and slipping and sliding all over the place! I had mine for literally 2 days and sent them back for a refund minus shipping and taxes. They’re waaay too narrow as well but the squeaking was the real deal breaker, it was completely ridiculous. I am not sure who loves these unless you are deaf maybe but everyone else has to listen to this too and it’s nuts. Good luck Jennifer Aniston!

Hele fijne slippers en ook een hele fijne service! Ik kon moeiteloos mijn slippers (die helaas te klein waren) ruilen voor een grotere maat. Bij de klantenservice snel en vriendelijk geholpen en de nieuw opgestuurde slippers zitten als gegoten! Geen pijnlijke voeten meer in teenslippers, waar je de hele dag op rond kunt lopen! Ik zal hier zeker weer wat bestellen in de toekomst!

Excellent customer service with prompt replies and assistance. I love this product as they help with plantar facilitis no end! They are the best thing that helped with it, even after months of physio. I recommend them to my physio also for other patients. Archies are very comfortable and durable and lots of colour choice.

I ordered a third pair of flip flops because I love them! I accidentally ordered the wrong pair, so I reached out to customer service and got a response from Lia. Lia refunded me for the wrong order within 5 mins of my request!! Great customer service!!!

I am already a loyal customer with 12 pairs of Archies. I ordered the lavender ones this spring. I was shocked when one of the straps broke. I emailed customer service, and they replaced them very quickly. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I received the wrong size (due to a third-party warehouse mix-up), but the customer service team at Archies handled it brilliantly. No stock answers, no delays—just fast, human, genuinely helpful support. Ken, in particular, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly and with real care. It’s rare these days to feel like a company actually listens, but Archies truly do. This experience has only deepened my respect for the brand. We all know the product is superb — no question there. It’s clear they hold themselves to high standards and value their customers. What could’ve been a frustrating situation ended up reminding me why I love supporting companies like this.

My first purchase from Archies and wont be my last. I ordered the wrong size by mistake, contacted customer service and within minutes Raf had cancelled the order and a new pair ordered in the right size! Great customer service. The Flip Flops have arrived today and are a fantastic product. I suffer with nephropathy foot pain and I can feel already that these sandals will make such a difference for the summer. Great value for money - wont be my last pair! Thank you!

Pay attention. Easy exchange is not the same as returning. This seems rather clear. But still I made the mistake. This results in €10.98 in round-trip transport costs... An opportunity is offered to exchange for another size or slipper. However, this did not make sense since the slipper is way too wide for my foot and the flip flop is no alternative for me. A waste of money. But hopefully someone will benefit from this message.

Ik loop de hele zomer op slippers. Maar merkte dat andere merken mij niet genoeg demping gaven op de hak. Archies besteld wat een verademing. Kan km's lopen zonder gedreun in mijn lijf. Ik heb inmiddels 8 kleuren! De eerste dagen moet je wel even wennen aan de arch/boog.. geef het echt even een kans!

The problem that we had with my wife's flip flops was handled extremely professionally, and very promptly by Missy, from their Customer Service department. A free replacement was immediately given after they received photo evidence. The help I received cannot be faulted.

I had a slight fault on my gorgeous flip flops the response from customer service (Missy) was outstanding, honestly ive never received such good service, the speed in which she dealt with the fault was brilliant and she sorted and replaced within half an hour and they r on the way to me already. Es la primera vez que compro. El pedido ha tardado un poco en llegar. Así, de entrada, lo que yo veo es que es muy dificil hacer tallas para varios numeros de pie. Yo compre unas flip-flop que son un 38,5-39 (5-5,5) y según mi opinión queda justa para el 39. Así que yo recomiendo comprar la siguiente talla si tu numeración es la superior entre las dos. Es decir, para un 38,5 mi compra seria correcta pero en mi caso yo debería haber comprado la 39,5-40.

After two back surgeries, I experience pain frequently. I received a pair of sandals from my daughter as a gift during the winter. When I attempted to wear them, they were too small. Ken's willingness to assist me with getting an exchange, outside of the normal return period was out outstanding.
