Second pair I got and the thong snapped again!! I’ve been wearing them since April ffs this brand is absolutely shite they gave me a refund the first time cool but the reality is they’re shite quality wtf primar £1 slippers never gave me no headache and would last till I worn them out.. my podiatrist told me recently these flat feet shoes are all a scam and she’s right! A flipping rip off i will never spend £40 on house slippers ever again!!!!

I have struggled with plantar fasciitis for years and I struggle finding good sandals for the summer. I love these for everyday wear, the beach, the pool or throwing on and going to the store. These are amazing!! I will definitely be buying more pairs. Also, I contacted them through the app and asked a question and they got right back to me!! 10/10 recommend😁

Unfortunately I can’t wear mine for more than a few minutes. The material they’re made of makes my feet sweat so they’re really slippery and uncomfortable. Really disappointing after seeing so many good reviews.

I spoke with Ken at customer service & had an issue with sizing of my slides & he went above & beyond to help me find the right fit. I regularly wear a size 13 but they seemed to be a little big so I'm waiting on a size 12 to compare both to see which one is a better fit. I am very pleased with Archies!

I absolutely love these flops. I have six pair. I have neuropathy in my feet. Have been wearing Oofos for years. Tried Archies and they are great! I ordered a pair of slides and I don't do too well in them. Not for all day. Try them they are wonderfull!

The delay was frustrating, but what’s been even more disappointing is the lack of accountability and responsiveness from customer service. For a brand that prides itself on quality and customer care—offering a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee—the communication has been surprisingly poor and well below expectations. I returned the product (at my own expense) and have yet to receive any acknowledgment or follow-up, despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email and chat. Including, they have the return product, and I still DO NOT have a REFUND! The product might work well for some, but this experience has left a sour taste. If you’re considering ordering from Archies, be cautious about relying on their customer service and return policy—support is minimal, if at all, when issues arise. The only reason I’m giving 2 versus a 1 stars is because the product itself seems decent—but unfortunately, it didn’t fit properly on one foot.

My sister has two pairs of Archie’s and I always found myself borrowing hers. Finally got a pair for myself in Coral and I absolutely love them. They know how to make a simple sandal look stylish. So happy with my own pair :) also the customer service is delightful ❤️

Best to take the "indestructible" hype with a pinch of salt. Followed instructions very carefully to stretch the strap on right flip flop. With arthritic hands I could only do this gently - yet the strap still broke and came away from the foot bed. Very disappointed after such glowing reviews in newspaper and elsewhere. Wondering if it is all a scam?

I always got corns when wearing flip flops. Since I discovered Archie's, I don't anymore. I totally LOVE them. They don't look like pediatric flip flops. I wear them all the time during summer and they are VERY durable. (Third symmer now) I walk my dog wearing them, 3 miles, no problem! Costumer service is also very good. I initially bought a wrong size. I could send them back and swap them with no extra cost! Very good :)

Love these flip flops, bought 4 pairs now for me and my daughter. Can Walked around in them all day so comfortable. I suffer with lower back pain and walking is usually worse by end of day . But wearing Archie’s these my back wasn’t to bad . My daughter also notices the difference and now can’t go back to flat flip flops . More expensive than I would usually spend , But worth it for how my feet felt . I would recommend .

This is my second year of wearing Archie’s flip flops. They are both brilliant but also a bit weird. For the first 15 to 30 minutes of wearing them I find the arch support a bit uncomfortable, a bit weird, but after that time things settle down somehow and they become the most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever owned. They are certainly light years ahead of any other make of flip flops and I’ve tried lots over the years.

I call it 5*+ bought three pairs in different sizes for the family. We all love them. I had one small issue and question with one pair and I definitely give another star to their customer service. So friendly handling and personal answers all along. We surely come back for more sandals. Thank you so very much.

I am soo happy with my new flip flops it is so refreshing to actually receive a product that delivers everything the company claims and more these are the best flip flops I have ever had and I am older so I have had a lot. Also I loved that they came so quickly 😃

Great products. I've been wearing the thongs for years & love them. Also now wear the slides & as of today the lambswool slippers. Couldn't be happier with product & the service & support from staff. Tnx so much for your help in locating a pair of slippers for me. Looking forward to next autumn when they will be readily available again.

Not only does Archies have the best Flip Flops and slides on the planet but their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TOP Notch!! I had a minor issue with a delivery. I submitted the issue on the contact us page and received an email immediately addressing my issue. I followed instructions and before I knew it, Archies Customer Service agent Ken, had a replacement order processed and shipped out to me that same day! In a world of automation and having to wait forever to speak to someone, Archies has the best customer service! Thank you!!!! A life long customer!

I've got two pairs of Slides and four pairs of the Flip Flops. I've literally worn them, and pretty much nothing else, all summer! As an ex-sufferer of Plantar Fasciitis and torn Achilles tendons, I have to be careful. This footwear offers the right support that I need and are comfortable to wear all day without you having to curl your feet to keep them on like other brands. 100% recommend.

A great product backed by outstanding support. My Foot Dr recommended I try Archies, as I don't wear my normal shoes with my inserts in the summer. Super happy and good for my overall health. Can't beat that! Love my Archies!!
