Excellent customer service!
I decided to try their slides since I love the flip flops. I got them in two colors, but was incorrectly sent one pair of sliders and one pair of flip flops by mistake. I contacted Archie’s and their support was excellent! Lia was a pleasure to communicate with and she quickly resolved the issue sending my correct order and allowing me to keep the pair of flip flops sent in error! I will definitely keep recommending Archie’s to everyone!
