Poor customer service and cannot cancel or amend orders
Tried to amend an order or cancel it literally a few minutes after it was made. They said they had already processed it and couldn't amend it despite the shoes not having left the warehouse and insist on sending the wrong shoes half way across Europe so I can return them having paid the postage for the privilege. Ridiculous
