The customer service I received from Anne when needing to make an exchange was outstanding. Not only was she helpful, but she also followed up with me several times as well. This was my first pair of Archies and look I forward to future purchases. I normally wear a size 8, which is what I ordered initially, but needed a 7 instead. Perfect fit, thank you Anne.
