Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.

We do not want fluoride in water and the other contaminants found in it and neither do we want smart technology which causes health issues. You should be concentrating on cleansing the water and not sending out idiots to push health diminishing technology on humanity. One in two people get cancer and cures that work are blocked as Cancer Research keep taking money and still patients are given treatments that do not work and those who give treatments that work are treated despicably. We the people own the water. We do not consent to being poisoned by greedy corporations that pretend to own the water that pays a CEO a high salary when the rest of us are going without, who does nothing about water cleansing but he takes a high salary for being deceptive. People are paying for poison water which is destroying their health from corporations who do not own the water. We as assured party creditors never created a WRITTEN DEED OF TRUST for Thatcher to declare any Energy company as being "absolute owner status". Can Anglian Water prove they have the Written DEED of Trust granting ABSOLUTE OWNER STATUS? No meters are necessary and we do not consent to having smart meters pushed on everyone. This is not an upgrade. This is a corporation pushing dangerous technology on people that is not necessary as you continually fail to meet your obligations and play games and are not transparent with what you are pushing on people. We do not need any meters and we demand that you purify the water and stop charging for something that has already been paid for. People are dying from being over vaccinated, msg in food, Bovaer in milk, unnecessary additives in food and receiving poison water not fit for anybody's consumption. We do not consent. How can forcing cancer inducing technology on humanity be an upgrade? We are not here at this time to be poisoned by individuals who have no empathy and do not care. Get your finger out and cleanse the water. We demand clean water and if you are not prepared to do as you are told then an organisation will be created that will do as we ask.

Just like to say a massive thank u to this company because at the moment I'm ill and unable to work and found out this morning they offer a 50%discount if u qualify for the help towards your water bill so any one one universal credit and unable to work give them a call really helpfully and lovley customer service lady thanks anglian water
I have recently had installed ( I didn't ask for it}..a water smart meter by Anglian water. I checked my water usage regularly, and I noticed that I was using less water on a regular daily basis. {this was because I reduced my usage). So I asked the smart meter system to update my bills ,(,I pay monthly direct debit ) To cut along story short Anglian water increased my monthly payments??? Very strange. So I reduced to direct debit payments myself, on Anglian waters smart meter web page. It then stated I may not have paid enough to cover my usage?? The smart meter web page says I am in credit by around £20??? The web page even says I have used 17% less water than January AND February?? After reporting this to Anglian water costumer services via email,,they emailed me back saying I must have a water leak, or I've filled a pond or I have an new born child. They also sent a graph showing that I had used over a 1000 litres in one day (March}, Where they got this from I have no idea. On the day in question the usage showing was 184 ltrs?? Also I`m in credit by over £20 I do not have any water leaks. it seems to me Anglian water have full control over customers costing. I have asked for them to remove the smart meter and return to yearly readings,,manually. After telephoning this company about this matter they say I shouldn't ask the smart meter to update my usage and bills.?? Totally useless Why have the facility if they don't want customers to use it??, They had better sort out my bills correctly before I contact the ombudsman. Seems to me they just don't care. Makes me wonder, they reduce costs to the disadvantage of the customer. Further on to this review---. I had a wonderful pleasurable phone call, this lunchtime from a lovely lady. She works for Anglian water, at our local city branch of A W. After some discussion, and her explanation, we came to an happy agreement on my monthly direct debit payments. Thanks UNA. I still think the smart meter system, although very helpful,,,it is not 100% usable.

Worst customer service, water quality is terrible undrinkable only fit for toilet flushing even the toilet regurgitate it.
Sewage started backing up in loo, shower and sink. Plumber came and rodded 18 rods from our perimeter without finding blockage, but cleared our fittings. Anglian website yielded only WhatsApp - no phone number. Clearly AI answering, no notice taken of all information. Advised that they might take 4 days to come, as they were busy dealing with heavy rainfall and flooding (it's barely showered twice round here in a month). Sure enough, 5 days later a cheerful, polite young man turned up without any information, so I explained it all again. It turned out there was a blockage on my neighbour's property, which he sorted out and then checked ours was working properly. Can't fault the people on the ground, but the 'customer service' leaves a lot to be desired.
Customer service does not exist here. My bill shot up even though I received an email to say my usage was less than before and below average consumption. Spent hours on the phone with my wife trying to sort it. Was eventually sent a waste of time form to fill out which we said would be on phone as myself and wife both work so would not been entitled to the benefits they kept trying to fob us off with. After several emails and them trying to close my complaint they took loads of money from my bank, more than they said they would. So I've reached out again and onto agent number 5 as all they do if give me lies and turn the conversation off without answering my questions, disgusting corrupt organisation.
I would like to thank Anglia Water for their fantastic service in fixing an overflowing sewer near me. Within one hour of reporting it, they had fixed it! Fantastic service!
I accept that I have posted a previous review regarding the astronomical water charges that we endure from Anglian Water, but on this occasion they have outdone themselves. My annual water bill for 2025/2026 has increased to a mind numbing £958.88, an increase of £173 in only one year, and £330 in 3 years, how on earth can they justify such a high increase? They have put limited investment into the Water service structure, paid themselves ridiculous above inflation pay increases, then when they receive a fine for polluting the water ways, they increase the water bills by an astronomical amount to the consumers to pay for it. Furthermore, what is the point of the Regulator Ofwat? They certainly are not looking after my interests, if you are just focusing on one body (water companies) then your not fit for purpose.
They use another "company" called the credit reference agency which is in fact their accounts department
Worst company ever .. every year have this trouble with . How they can just putting up my bill for a one bedroom bungalow am a pensioner on my own . To another I I have filter my water it's bad to drink the fillers are not cheep to biy..£125 a year on top I have 4water butts to have my widows to wash a garden to water. Have one shower a month washing once . I had a hart attack last year now have lung breathing problems. Shame on you. The money you want . On bonus am not paying more I had the bill for the I paying . You just put it for your profit. You changed my taff as well you should be ashamed of your selfish ifen do a review is nightmare

19% increase try improving the discuting water limescale wrecks everything in our property, boilers pipework kettles toilets and sinks. We should ne able to counter charge for the damage your product causes...

So I previously moved into a council flat ! From a private rental in November ! I paid Severn Trent £24 pounds a month for me and my 8 year old for clean and waste water. The reason why I moved was due to mould and my son suffering breathing problems steroid inhalers etc when we moved out of the property we were given £45 pounds because we paid to much! Since been moved as a single parent and can not afford to live ! Anglian water are charging me and have sent threatening bills since moving in , in November £669.01 😂 for waste water ! My clean water with the amazing Severn water is £11 pounds a month so Anglian water are a disgrace and I will not be paying my bill they are bullies and unfortunately I can not upload my bill! We have a dying water meter. AW's representative turned up on the agreed date at the agree time. Very polite. They will fit a new meter in the next few weeks. I would have given five starts but I did have to chase them for an appointment.
The customer care team at Anglian Water are absolutely fantastic. Super efficient, well spoken and very helpful. They have done so much to help me and given me great advice. Very refreshing thank you!
For many years, I have contacted Anglian Water because my bill has been extremely high for two adults, one of whom is elderly. They claim we are using 322 liters of water per day, which seems impossible. We had a new water meter fitted in 2020/2021, which they refer to as a smart meter because it sends readings back to them. At the end of January 2025, a technician came to check the meter and suggested that we might have been paying someone else’s bill, as the plastic box under the lid had a different number from what’s on our account. Since he corrected this issue, I can see on their app that we have hours with no water being used overnight and on most days. However, Anglian Water still insists that the amount is correct, which I find hard to believe. Given that there are only two people in the household, including an 84-year-old frail man, this situation is causing him significant stress and upset. Despite being informed that similar problems are occurring all over Colchester, Anglian Water refuses to acknowledge their mistake. Come on Anglian Water please take responsibility for your error and resolve this issue?
