So this is the 6th review I have left with no contact from home telecom no resolve ! STEELING my money every month ! With no WiFi ! I HAVE CANCELLED MY DIRECT DEBIT NOW . Because I have been paying for a service which I haven’t been receiving and nothing!!!! I will be taking you to court if there is no contact to resolve this of theft! After over 12 years of my loyal service disgraceful adding to your response this is an absolute lie ! And not one person has called me in response to any complaint ! I have emails to prove this. So that’s an absolute lie

Robbing from single parents

So I previously moved into a council flat ! From a private rental in November ! I paid Severn Trent £24 pounds a month for me and my 8 year old for clean and waste water. The reason why I moved was due to mould and my son suffering breathing problems steroid inhalers etc when we moved out of the property we were given £45 pounds because we paid to much! Since been moved as a single parent and can not afford to live ! Anglian water are charging me and have sent threatening bills since moving in , in November £669.01 😂 for waste water ! My clean water with the amazing Severn water is £11 pounds a month so Anglian water are a disgrace and I will not be paying my bill they are bullies and unfortunately I can not upload my bill! My ref is or account number 172815862
