The fact that I don’t feel well, and don’t have to leave the comfort of my bed to talk is incomparable. I’ve never had that opportunity before, and it makes a huge difference. As far as Dr. Julie Ball. I can’t say enough about her. She is so attentive and very thorough. Her attitude makes my anxiety levels just vanish, so I’m able to think of everything I need to say so easily. I can just tell she cares. It’s been hard for me my whole life to find a Dr that lived up to my pediatrician. He saved my life many times as a child, and I would compare everyone to him and just not feel right. And although I don’t feel anyone can truly replace him (I saw him from the ages of 2-21. He was going to let me keep seeing him until I ended up moving away), Dr Julie has made a big impression on me. All in all, I’ve had a great experience with using this app, even though when I used it, I feel terrible, but you all make it easy for me, so thank you!

Over the past few years I have been with Blue Cross Blue Shield and haven't had the best experiences. I have been very impressed with Amaze Health and my Clear Share insurance over the past year. The resources are great. The staff is friendly and attentive. I feel like I am getting my moneys worth for sure.

I developed bursitis on my elbow yesterday late afternoon and didn’t know what to do. It was the size of a tennis ball with fluid inside. I did what we have been telling our prospects for Capstone, I opened the Amaze Health app on my phone and click on “Call Amaze”. Luis answered within seconds and said hi Steve, how can I help you. I turned on the camera and showed him my elbow. He knew right away what it was and made me feel at ease. He explained to me in detail how it happens and how to treat it. He then asked me where I would like him to send the prescriptions. When I got to Rite-Aid Pharmacy, they told me that Anthem would not approve Celebrex and that it would be expensive. Luis got one of the meds pre-approved and let me know that Celebrex was not approved and provide me a coupon in the app that I showed the pharmacy. The cost went from $134.00 to $14.66, truly amazing. I also didn’t have to pay a $45 deductible at an urgent care or even worse a hospital emergency room

I am not one that goes to the doctor as often as I should. Mostly because i hate waiting in waiting rooms. I tried Amaze health app and loved it. They were able to prescribe me the meds I needed to get better and no waiting in rooms with other sick people. The doctors I had the pleasure of dealing with was amazing as well. They checked back in as they said they would and that means a lot to me. Perfect service for my needs. Thank you
