My recent experience with Amaze was great. I have had an issue of leg pain that I could not find a resolution to for almost a year. It got so bad that recently I couldn’t drive in my car for 5 minutes without feeling extreme pain in my leg. I have seen multiple Dr’s about this including an orthopedic Dr, and all would do some reviews and just prescribe drugs for me to take to ease the pain instead of getting to the root cause of the issue. My provider Kristina from Amaze took the time to help me to diagnose things over the phone and helped me discover the root cause which was muscle related. Kristina looked more into the issue and gathered feedback from other Amaze providers around a physical therapy protocol that I now do daily that completely changed things and resolved the issue almost completely. With time I’m confident this will be completely healed. Kristina also took the time to follow up with me multiple times afterwards to ensure I was seeing positive results. Amaze Health and their amazing providers are simply the best!

AMaze is what it claims to be: accessible and offering the most competent medical help one could hope for. It's a service that offers continuity of providers who get to know their patients and who treat each of them with understanding, competence and empathy. And that's what I received the very first time I used its services. I relied on the advice offered by my prime provider who also tapped into the expertise of several others as we progressed toward resolving my medical issues.

Even though I had multiple doctors and PAs, they all took excellent care of me and answered all of my questions! It was so nice to not have to force myself into a doctors office to sit and wait while feeling miserable. Thank you thank you!

Staff and specially my counselor Shad were always very understandable , patient, knowledgeable and helped me how to manage everything related with my family situation at the moment. I wouldn’t be able to handle this situation wisely without him. It helped not only my son but my 2 other kids and my family. I need definitely stay in contact with all my of them!

She is caring. I feel she feels my struggles and is willing to help me. She has lots of experiences too. When I feel I am walking in the dark, don’t know what to do she is like a light to guide me what to do.

I know to say this company is truly "AMAZING" sounds like a cliche', but I cannot find any other word that better describes the staff!!! Their knowledge, care to go the extra mile and do absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND for their patients, their promptness, kindness, ability to take care of situations in an extremely timely manner, find what is needed affordably...I could go on and on.....

I have been using amaze for three months now. I've yet to leave my desk except when I needed to go for a scan or a sleep study. I talk with my doctor right here. I share concerns with my doctor right here. Now that they have the biometric scan I am going to test my blood pressure, right here. From the comfort of my home I have talked about needing new crowns, what they cost, whether the one I have actually lasted long enough and does the doctor owe me another and finding a dentist in my insurance group that does anesthesia because that is important to me. I didn't lift a finger. Amaze did it all. I went to a sleep study. For the first time someone took the time to fit my mask. I am going to be so happy with my new set up. I talk with mental health about losing my husband. She helped me uncover what I was really feeling and gave me ways to cope and I didn't need to go to an office or wait for an appointment. I am also on a weight loss Journey. My doctor there encourages me and advises me and I am on my way! I was disappointed I didn't lose any weight this week but I checked and I'm down 2 inches in my hips again, 1 in my waist again and 1 in my bust again. So it's working. I've never been in an office for with her either. I love amaze.

This has been a game changer for me and family. I traditionally avoided going to the doctor at all cost, but with the frictionless experience 24/7, the was of working with the providers, and the fabulous follow up, I now feel like I have a medical solution for the rest of my life I can use and recomend to anyone!

The fact that I felt like I had a team helping me. I was open and receptive to the feedback and that helped me feel safe with amaze.

Amaze provides amazing mental health support. I couldn’t believe that I simply sent a message through the app, had a consultation the same day, and my first appointment with Shad within 48hrs. He has provided amazing support and guidance, and has referred my family to various other programs available by Amaze.

Julia was so kind and helpful. I had a skin problem and she was able to write me a prescription for an antibiotic that took it away. I mentioned my stomach is sensitive to medication and she gave me one that took care of the issue quickly without having any side effects or stomach issues. I’m so grateful for Julia and the entire amaze team for everything they do!❤️
