Cayla did an excellent job coordinating a complex medical billing issue. She skillfully, patiently and kindly mediated between the hospital system and me as a patient to resolve the issue.

Julia was so amazing to work with. We had an accident which required medical care for my son on New Year’s Eve. Within 60 seconds I was on a telehealth call with a real live medical professional She gave us the assurance we needed to take my son to a pediatric urgent care for a neurological exam rather than the ER, which saved us $450 in deductibles. She even went out of her way to find a pediatric urgent care that was open on a holiday that was in network with my insurance. She asked a series of thorough questions and was spot on with her diagnosis and follow up care. She even messaged me a few times on the app to check in on him. Honestly, Julia felt more invested in my son’s medical care than our regular family primary care doctor. Our family uses Amaze all the time and are impressed with all the doctors we encounter each time. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and can send in prescriptions which saves us time and money. I just love how efficient Amaze is, no more jumping through unnecessary hoops with traditional doctor visits.

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving care from Elle through a virtual health consultation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Elle was pleasant, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to ask clarifying questions, ensuring she fully understood my symptoms and the best course of treatment to help me feel better as quickly as possible. What stood out most was her empathy—she acknowledged how challenging it is to have a very active toddler (topped with it being right before Christmas) while not feeling well and made every effort to provide quick and effective solutions. Elle promptly called in medication to the closest pharmacy where I was that morning, making the process seamless and convenient. Her care didn’t stop there. A few days later, Elle followed up to see how I was feeling and thoughtfully adjusted the plan as needed. While she offered a second prescription, she encouraged me to give the first medication time to work, showing her commitment to thoughtful and measured care rather than just prescribing unnecessarily. Elle was absolutely wonderful! The entire experience was so smooth and effective that I will never step into an urgent care clinic again unless absolutely necessary. Major thanks to Elle for setting the bar so high for virtual health care!

I have been using Amaze for almost a year. The entire team has been nothing short of amazing to me and so supportive of my journey. Drew, he is always here to listen and is someone you can be so open with! Treva, treats you with so much respect and truly cares about your health and well being. Robert has always been there for me at any given hour when I need support and Yesenia, she has helped heal so many parts of my soul, and mind. I have been using Amaze for about 8 months I do believe. I have not one time had a single issue or problem of any kind. There is Three people that I have interacted with the most. First is Mrs.Sara, She is helped me so much with my Mental Health journey. In all honesty she has saved me. In just these 8 months she has completely transformed me into the person I have always wanted to be but was never given a chance. She is amazing! Second is the amazing doc Mrs. Joanna, She is the first doctor in my life to actually listen to me and get to the root of the problem. She listens, She is empowering to do better and be better. She has so much compassion. I can’t say enough! The third person I want to give recognition to is Mrs. Cindi or Cindy (I can’t remember how it’s spelt) I have only had a couple interactions with her but one time in particular I will never forget. I was at work one day and I had a very scary episode where I was having horrible chest pain and very hard time breathing. I was able to drive myself to a church parking lot and I called in and She did a very quick assessment and was able to call emergency services right to my location and stayed on the phone with me until help arrived. In that moment I was scared more than ever before and she was to compassionate and just incredible. Her fast reaction and response I was take to the hospital and I had a severe lung infection. I not really sure what could have happened. I will be a with amaze as long as they will have me! Everyone I have met and interacted with have been so amazing! I hope these wonderful individuals mentioned will see this and know how grateful I am for them! 10 million out of 10 million
