Amaze Health Reviews

It's hard to believe care like this exists! I've used Amaze for a variety of concerns—therapy, primary care, urgent care—and every experience has been incredible. Every single provider I've encountered has been compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. It’s rare to find a healthcare service that makes you feel truly heard and cared for, but Amaze does exactly that. I can't recommend them enough!

I would not use these people if my life depended on it. The exercise regimen she suggested would cause me to have to not work at all and that is not sustainable. Starting me over on medications I have already tried is a waste of time and money. It's like Treva just wanted me to prove it didn't work because she didn't believe me. Popping pills constantly is not the solutions. Let's get to the root of the issue and not waste time with something that has already been tried and didn't work. Waste of time, waste of money.

I contacted Amaze when I was extremely sick with a stomach bug and was connected with a doctor within seconds. She was extremely attentive, informed, and kind! She answered all my questions and offered some advice/tips to try and I ended up feeling better within the next 12 hours. She even checked on me the next day by sending a message through the app!

Treva is a true gem.Treva is patient, thorough, and genuinely interested in my health. She, and her team, have saved me countless hours and money by doing the legwork when I need a specialist, following up on my care, and offering sons medical care and prescriptions through telehealth visits. I tell everyone about Amaze. Coverage through my employer ends this month, but I will be continuing on my own. Thank you!

I wouldn’t have gotten the mental health care I needed without the wonderful team at amaze. A big problem, at least with mental health, is that it’s very difficult to find the right fit for your problems and if you do you have to hope that you have the right insurance for them. They take off all of that hassle and make it a lot easier to get connected to someone that can take care of those specific needs you may have. If I didn’t have amaze I would have lost the motivation to find someone and I would be stuck and miserable but now I feel so much better since they’ve found someone and it’s nice to know that they always have my back.

I reached out to Amaze for assistance to solve fluctuation in charges from my provider for reoccurring treatments. Cayla at Amaze worked on my behalf speaking directly to my providers office to validate the charges - she found my provider did overcharge for the treatments. It took almost 2 years to get a resolution which resulted in two refunds back to me. Cayla never gave up working on my behalf which I am so grateful for. Amaze is a tremendous health partner and resource to help navigate the complicated billing- they are my go to for anything related to my medical needs.

Amaze Health truly lives up to its name—AMAZING! From the start, they have been fast, considerate, and incredibly thorough in helping me navigate a month-long sickness. Their team went above and beyond, not only meeting with me but also calling in prescriptions and blood work, offering to assist with a specialist referral if needed, and even reviewing my urgent care bill and insurance. What really sets Amaze apart is their dedication—they’ve checked in on me, monitored my symptoms, and made themselves available at all hours to hop on a call and create a game plan to get me back to full health. Having this level of support has made getting care so much easier and more accessible. Huge thanks to Craig, Laura, Laurie, and everyone else who has assisted me for their kindness and expertise. We love you, Amaze!

The providers and support team at Amaze is very good at addressing any questions I have about my health. They answer my messages within 15 minutes and always make sure my doctor gets my messages.

I was experiencing severe anxiety and depression when I reached out to Amaze. Everybody I was in touch was genuinely caring and so present for my needs. I’m particularly grateful for Joanne who gently guided me through the roughest time. Thank you so much, Amaze!

Kathryn went above and beyond

Amaze has been one of the best source to reach out when you need medical assistance. They are amazing and they always answer you with professionalism. Not only that but they help you find physician if you need to be seen by a different doctor I love maze and their stuff.

Amaze is AMAZING! We’ve been SO happy with this service. We’ve reached out a handful of times and there’s never been a wait to speak to a provider. All of the providers have been so friendly and knowledgeable and they make sure all our questions are answered. They sent prescriptions over to our pharmacy quickly. And what is really the above and beyond is that they actually follow up a day or two later to make sure we were able to get our prescription and that we are starting feeling better. We are SO thankful for this service!!

Amaze is great. I can’t say enough positive things. First, the ease of scheduling time with the provider is wonderful. They are immediate in their responses to my questions. I made the decision to utilize them as my primary care physician and I have never had an in-person visit with a provider who was as thorough as what they are providing in a remote setting. While most doctors offices make you wait long amounts of time in the waiting room, then rush you through your visit without really getting to know you as a person, the providers at Amaze see you as an individual and take their time during your visit without rushing to complete their assessment. Treva, the nurse practitioner, is professional, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, thorough in her examination, and takes time to really get to know her patients and put them at ease. I recently was referred to a hematologist by Treva for an ongoing vitamin deficiency and the hematology provider stated in all her years of practice, she had never received such complete documentation and history for a patient and she was extremely pleased with the relationship between Amaze and local community providers. Thank you, Amaze and Treva, for the high quality of care you provide to your patients!

Cindy is AMAZING! I love that she follows up on anything with our family’s health. It feels like she is our family doctor and not just a telephone health call. She is so caring and thorough! She has helped my family several times now! Thank you, Cindy. I tell all my friends about Amaze because of you!

Amaze is amazing! Every time I have used Amaze I have been well taken care of. None of my Doctors have ever followed up with me like Amaze does. Thanks for what you do and keep up the great work.

Amaze used to be what I called AMAZE-ing but something has changed. I'm not sure if it's company growth and a lack of training but I feel like they no longer provide the care and concierge services they used to. Backstory: I was part of a team who brought their services onto our company benefits offerings (thousands of households) and met with their CEO, David during the process. I used to tell everyone how great they were and was advocating to add them as another benefit offering at my new place of employment (thousands of households) but will no longer be. I truly hope something changes here for the better as I felt like the mission and services they provided were part of the solution to a lacking/cold healthcare system but they are now just another cog in the wheel, unfortunately.

Ashley did a great job finding me care. When I called the doctor they couldn’t see me for a month but with her involvement they were able to see me within a week. She then followed up with me throughout the process to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely amazing! Thank you!

I have had many conversations and several interactions with many of the Amaze crew . From just asking for help with current prescriptions. To not feeling well and needing help with medical advice . Amaze crew has jumped in to help fight with me to Lincare . And without asking was by my side throughout ( and still) are . Thank you . I have had nothing but positive interaction with every single crew member . My provider Erica takes the time to react and answer every question I have ever asked . Including just a message to ask how I'm doing . Amaze Healthcare is so much then Healthcare . It truly is a team that I am blessed to have you all on my side .

Great service provided by Luis from Amaze! Prompt responses, on point with their recommendations and the most important thing is that they truly CARE.

Samantha & all of the Amaze Team I've been fortunate to work with are great! Sincerely appreciate this platform option which has proven quite handy & user-friendly with a quick communication turnaround to boot. Don't sleep on this service! :-)
