I have never received this level of quality care before. The team at AMAZE Health has been incredible. Chasity Sisson and Dhruvi Dave worked seamlessly to adjust my blood pressure medication, showing both expertise and genuine concern for my well-being. Grace Hall went above and beyond to help locate a nephrology specialist. The coordination and attention from the entire team have been unlike anything I’ve experienced. I truly feel cared for—this is healthcare the way it should be.

Amaze has been great to work with for mental health! I reached out to them about therapy when I was going through a tough time. I was connected to a mental health nurse who explained their mental health services and then she connected me to a therapist, Shad. I wasn't sure if short-term therapy is what I wanted/needed. I had several things I wanted to work on and dedicated a lot of time to working on my mental health. I decided to give it a try anyway. Shad gave me homework to work on in between appointments so I could really utilize the time I had and get a lot of results in a short time. Shad really knows his stuff and is easy to talk to. He helped me through high anxiety and some depression I was experiencing. He is quick and effective! Shad really cares and offered more support and resources as needed. Thanks for your support, Shad! After graduating therapy, Amaze has a couple options for ongoing mental wellness support which I appreciate. I'm really impressed with Amaze!

I had no idea that FREE mental health services came with my insurance membership. Then, after I discovered this, I have to say I was very skeptical that they would be any good. Because ya know...free. But after being connected with Shad, I cannot say enough good things about the service. He was so helpful and I probably got 8 free sessions over the course of 4-5 months with him. The whole process was so easy with the video calls. Don't wait, reach out!!

Laura was surprisingly exceptional. She was genuinely concerned and moved into action immediately. She found my insurance and a my clinic, made an appointment and got me right in. She has followed up with me everyday since while going through this awful physical experience. I'm officially sold on the benefits of keeping AMAZE services because of Laura! Congratulations to management for having the insight to hire such extraordinary people.

I have used Amaze for 6 months now and have been impressed every single time I've called in. Not only have they been quick to answer but the follow up after my call is refreshing. My wife and I have been able to expedite our prescription refills in the comfort of our homes and pick up when convenient. Highly recommend Amaze to employers.

All Amaze team members respond very quickly. They do a fantastic job of figuring out what providers are in network and even pre-contacted the providers so all I had to do is call and make an appointment. I have felt very supported every step of the way and am so thankful for Treva and team.

I have NEVER had a better healthcare experience than I have had with Amaze over the past year. My young adult children and I use Amaze under my plan. Amaze’s care led to my daughter FINALLY getting to a specialist that would diagnose a lifelong condition that can be debilitating. Their providers have taken a genuine interest in my health and the mystery that surrounds my condition. Dottie gets excited WITH ME when something works or seems to get better. I feel like I have a partner in my search for answers for the first time since my issues began around 2012 or so. I can think of no better name for this company, because their providers, customer service, and care are just that - AMAZING! So grateful for Amaze!

I've had the opportunity to utilize several services through Amaze over the last 8 months. The direct care options have been excellent, with quick responses regardless of the time of day that I've reached out. They have also assisted with me getting set up with the right specialists, that were best able to support me, and making sure they were in my Health Insurance Network. Everyone I've interacted with at Amaze (Ellen, Tracy and Ruth) have all been thoughtful, understanding, and take as much time as needed when I've worked with them. I appreciate this service and truly believe it has made my healthcare more affordable, more efficient, and more effective versus going a more traditional route.

Shad is honestly one of the most down-to-earth therapists I’ve worked with. Super easy to talk to, and he made CBT feel like something I could actually use in real life, not just in a textbook or during a session. He helped me understand my patterns without ever making me feel judged, and I always left our sessions feeling clearer and more confident in how to handle things. If you’re looking for someone who’s real, relatable, and genuinely cares, Shad is it. I’m really grateful I got to work with him.

I have had Amaze for a few years and cannot rave about their services enough. They truly care about the patient. They have seen my family through many sicknesses and medical urgencies.

I received great care and attention concerning my issue with anxiety. The team was consistent with checking in to ensure I was improving each week. I utilized a nurse practioner to discuss medication options, therapy which included bi-weekly check-ins, and peer support. Overall, I received all the tools I needed to overcome my anxiety and start living life again. I greatly appreciate the Amaze team!

I am new to Amaze and I am extremely happy with the level of care I have been provided. I have never had a team of medical providers that follow me so closely or that are as available to speak to me whenever I want to reach out to them. I’m used to waiting extended periods for replies to my questions but this is not the case with Amaze. Switching to Amaze has been an incredible improvement over what I am accustomed to. Thanks Amaze and kudos for the excellent work everyone on the Amaze team does each day. You have definitely earned my respect through the work ethic and patient care you have demonstrated to me.

Working with my Amaze team was game changing! The team was responsive, understanding, supportive, kind, and they solved our problem quickly and completely. My son had early signs of pink eye and I had a house full of people coming over for a family function. My amaze team acted quickly to help me understand the contagious window, call led in his prescription and got him treated asap. They followed up and were kind and caring throughout. It lightened my stress load more than I can even explain and solved his issue so quickly. I don’t know what I would have done without them! They saved the weekend and my son’s pink eye! No one else got sick and we are beyond grateful! Truly, amazing!

I had a great experience with the Amaze app that allow me to find a facility that works in my network for a procedure that I had to have done so I truly recommend to use the Amaze app. They are wonderful.
