No longer Amaze-ing. Go with another service.
Amaze used to be what I called AMAZE-ing but something has changed. I'm not sure if it's company growth and a lack of training but I feel like they no longer provide the care and concierge services they used to. Backstory: I was part of a team who brought their services onto our company benefits offerings (thousands of households) and met with their CEO, David during the process. I used to tell everyone how great they were and was advocating to add them as another benefit offering at my new place of employment (thousands of households) but will no longer be. I truly hope something changes here for the better as I felt like the mission and services they provided were part of the solution to a lacking/cold healthcare system but they are now just another cog in the wheel, unfortunately.
