Amaze has been such a valuable benefit for our employees. Health insurance carriers don't have a one size fit all for employees when it is offered and often there are people who have multiple complaints about their benefits or coverage. Health insurance is a foreign language to most people and EXTREMLY frustrating to navigate when you actually need care. Amaze has taken so much frustration from our employees by helping reduce the number of hoops you need to jump through. They make it easy when you contact them and gives you all the information you need in a language that is easy to understand. Our organization has had minimal complaints about our health benefits since offering Amaze to our employees. Amaze makes having to use your health insurance easy. The variety of services they help with is outstanding. I can talk about how incredible this company has been for hours on end.

I have been using Amaze for several years and it has been immensely helped me save time and money as well as receive high quality care. I love the idea that I can press a few buttons and get on the phone with a health care provider. Some examples of things I used Amaze for include getting refills for daily medications when I couldn’t get an in-person Dr.’s appointment, getting a quick look at some moles before I could see the dermatologist, and getting a second opinion on X-rays of my mouth to make sure I need the wisdom teeth removal recommended. All of the providers I’ve interacted with have been attentive and kind. I can’t believe this not everyone has started receiving healthcare this way!

Amaze has allowed both myself and my family the opportunity to get immediate continuous care from physicians. The quick response of the team, along with their knowledge has covered anything and everything we have needed from a physician. We have two young children and Amaze has allowed this busy working mom the piece of mind that I will always be able to have someone to help guide and take care of my children's health needs. Especially after hours and during the weekend. I am forever grateful for Amaze and I could go on and on with incredible stories of how they have helped us!

I highly recommend Amaze to everyone and have nothing but great things to say about their service. They have helped my husband navigate a very complex health condition and assisted us in getting in with the correct specialists - much quicker than when I had called. I used Amaze after I took a fall a week before my daughters wedding and they helped expedite my care so I was still able to dance on her big day. Amaze helped my daughter navigate a procedure after which the doctor failed to provide typical medications (which we didn't know about), and continued to follow up with her several times to ensure that she recovered properly. Amaze helped us know what to expect along the way, they filled gaps we didn't know about, and they answered questions before we could ask them. Amaze helped us get better care and more value for our healthcare dollar.

When I was introduced to Amaze At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to engage with. But after the first call I was Amazed with the caring and fast response with asking questions. After speaking with one of the nursers on different occasions was very helpful and solved my problems each and every time. This is an amazing group. from saving money to helping me bypass on getting specialist right away instead of going through my doctor and waiting weeks to be seen, they were able to get an appointment with days. and saving me money by not having to go to the regular doctor and going straight to the specialist. I am very thankful I was introduced to Amaze, and I will be forever grateful to have them as part of my medical with answers and caring people. they are my first go-to.

Amaze is AMAZING! All of our employees utilize them. I use Amaze more than my kid's pediatrician, mine, or my husband's primary physician. Amaze saves you time and money. They CARE and constantly follow up until things are resolved.

My experience with the providers at Amaze Health has been terrific. Ease of access to providers, response time, provider competency, follow-up, and many more aspects have been ideal and what we should always expect and receive when it comes to our healthcare services. I'm hopeful that this sort of model can spread to the rest of the healthcare world because if it did, not only would our healthcare be nothing short of extraordinary, but healthcare costs would plummet! I feel so grateful to have learned about Amaze and felt compelled to share about my experience. Having two young children, it is often challenging to get through at their pediatricians office, especially because every ailment always seems to occur on a weekend or after hours. Amaze is always just a message away and their team is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and compassionate. They have saved me countless hours of worry and time and have been able to get my family prescriptions needed to begin treatment before our doctor's offices would be able to get us in for an appointment. Even after we have been treated, they continue to check in for a few days to make sure nothing has been missed. In a time where it seems that customer service has gone by the wayside, Amaze goes above and beyond and brings "the care" back to healthcare.

We have offered Amaze for 1.5 years. All of us have used the service for various needs, from basic colds, to endocrinology, to cancer treatment coordination and everything in between. The access is phenomenal, the physicians are friendly and helpful and follow-up care is outstanding. The cost savings was immediately accretive to our group health. For our small group of 5 employees/families, we have over $8000 in medical plan surplus YTD. We offer a HSA compatible plan and the personal cost savings has been substantial also, YTD my family has incurred only $400 in deductible. If you're thinking about adding Amaze Health to your group offerings, its a no brainer in my opinion. :)
