We love Amaze and have had a positive experience each time. They have saved us time and money. They not only interact with concern and care, the follow up is better than anything I have experienced after visiting a traditional doctor’s office or health care facility. They have helped us obtain two different rounds of x-rays, prescriptions and over the counter medicines, found the nearest ER when we were traveling and had a biking accident, as well as physical therapy over FaceTime. I always let the Amaze staff know that they are truly Amaze-ing because they are!

I had two extraordinary experiences with Amaze. The first saved us from misery. The second saved his life. My dad had recently been in the hospital where he had a catheter inserted. The day before it was due to be removed there was a significant amount of blood in his urine. His aide sent me pictures, which I forwarded to Amaze. Meanwhile two of his doctors’ offices told us to go to the ER without even looking at pictures. Dad (96 and a physician for 50 years) really didn’t want to go. Dr. Lisa Hile at Amaze looked at the pictures and explained that catheters irritate and told us to stay put. She followed up through the night until the next day when we went to have the catheter removed. Dr. Hile told me the urologist would determine whether Dad would be OK without the catheter. The urologist didn’t even want to talk with us. His nurse removed the catheter and wanted to send us on our way. I found him and asked how we would know if Dad was OK without the catheter, he shrugged and said, “if he pees he’s fine.” Well my dad was peeing during the next few days, but seemed to be getting sicker and sicker. By the fourth day he was doubled over in pain, couldn’t eat and couldn’t sleep. I started calling the urologist office begging someone to see Dad. No dice. By day five, Dad could barely move, was dizzy and disoriented. I told Dr. Hile. Somehow, she got one of the urologists to see Dad within 30 minutes. When I got him to the offices he didn’t know where he was and could barely get to the elevator. He had been retaining 2 liters of urine in his bladder. We were told that if we had waited much longer his kidneys would have begun to fail. I don’t know what we would have done without Amaze and Dr. Hile.

I am very impressed by the follow up care I have received from Amaze Health. Our company recently signed up. I had logged in but had not filled out any information on my profile yet. two days later, I had sinus infection symptoms and called them. They took down the information needed and transferred me right away so I could get help. An antibiotic was prescribed and sent to my local pharmacy. The pharmacy texted in less than an hour that my order was in progress. Several Amaze Health representatives have been in contact with me via email and text to request medical records so I can establish a new PCP for chronic health care. Everyone I have been in contact with have been extremely kind, caring and helpful to ensure I get the best care. Earlier today Gretchen sent a message to make sure I was able to pickup my script and to see how I was feeling. Amazing, positive interactions so far. They are providing great service just like they promised they would.

That is very skeptical at first the first message on the app about quitting smoking when they got back to me I got cold feet and ignored it I told the nurse practitioner that I spoke to that I wasn't ready and I would Circle back around it after a few months so go back a few months later and I am very glad that I made the decision to move forward the whole team from Amaze husband the whole team from Amaze has been amazing and helping me with my quitting smoking as well as some other things they are a group of wonderful people and I really feel like they care would recommend this to all my friends and family telling you if you're skeptical just try it you won't regret it

Amaze is amazing! On Saturday night I needed a doctor and did not want to rush over to urgent care. Amaze helped me immediately by getting me the medicine I needed and then followed up to make sure it was effective. Thank you Laurie! Rebecca

Simply "AMAZEing"!! My kids were terribly sick and they were tested positive for Covid. I tested negative however had the worse side effects you could imagine (sore throat, headache, fever, loss of taste, loss of smell, coughing, congestion) etc. My employer felt so bad and informed me of AMAZE! OMG! They literally saved my life! Seriously! I'm not a fan of going into the hospitals or urgent cares and sitting for hours at a time. I called AMAZE and they answered within 1 min. and at the 2 min. mark I was on the phone with a PHYSICIAN. 15 mins later I'm at the pharmacy getting the antibiotics that was needed to help me feel better. It was unbelievable! The Rep. that I spoke with was so nice and helpful. Customer service is superb! The Physican was very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and thorough. I thought initially AMAZE was too good to be true! No! They are REAL! They are HELPFUL! They are FAST! They are "AMAZEing"! Thank you AMAZE for saving my life and being available at EASE for my family and I.

Alexis was amazing and so very helpful. Even though, we spoke over the phone and not via zoom or teams, where we could see each other, I felt truly heard. Alexis asked really good probing questions, and was very encouraging. Alexis is truly a wonderful therapist and I am so grateful that I got to work with her!

I highly recommend Amaze! I can get medical advice and help anytime, anywhere. Everyone is so caring & helpful, and so responsive. They actually contact me to check in and see how I'm doing. After years struggling with doctors who don't return calls, can't get you in (sometimes for months!), and won't give help over the phone, Amaze is not only incredibly convenient, but a breath of fresh air. This kind of service within the medical profession is truly AMAZING!

Amaze has truly been "amazing". Navigating healthcare is hard, but the support that Amaze provides takes all of the heavy lifting off of you. My son was hurt in football and in the moment of panic, I called Amaze and a wonderful person was able to advise where the best places to seek service were at and close to me, and those in which would provide the imaging and testing that this situation needed. Then, they followed up to ensure everything was okay. Hands down, best service ever.

Amaze provides great care and is super efficient. For many issues that are otherwise cumbersome to solve, Amaze can solve in a matter of minutes. The staff always responds quick and communicates well, too.

The staff at Amaze make navigating the complicated avenues of insurance less stressful for the consumer. They win on so many levels that it is hard to understand where they have been all my life!! Friendly, caring, qualified staff that understand the frustration of the healthcare system and help you avoid some of the in-person visits that are unnecessary and costly!
