Julia has been so amazing, helpful and really cares. And might I add that I get this treatment from EVERYONE at Amaze. I'm soo thankful and always know me and my family are well take care of!

I have been a patient at Amaze for years! They are responsive and knowledgeable! Each and every provider I have had an encounter with has been so charismatic and willing to listen to my concerns! I’m so grateful for them to be so easily accessible! Can not recommend them enough!

Over my 59 yrs of living so far I always disliked when you woke up sick one day and your only choice was to get all bundled up and make your way to the ER or if you could get an appointment with your PCP then going to them BUT Amaze makes my whole experience so very easy as I can just call or send a message and get a virtual medical review of what is causing my sickness and if I need medication they will send in a prescription. I am not married nor do I have a significant other so when I feel horrible, the last thing I want to do is drive myself somewhere for medical needs. Thank you Amaze for making my time of need so easy. Also, thank you for checking up on me each day to make sure I am getting better or if you need to change anything in the process of getting me better. Your a huge help when I need medical assistance. And since the company I work for uses them as part of our medical, it did not cost me even 1 cent. Thank you Amaze! !

I sent a note to Amaze as a new registrant and got a reply within about 15 minutes. Kerri saw I was still signed into the portal and "called me" from within the website (like a Zoom call). We chatted for at least 20 minutes about my concern and she did the best she could to help given the specialists with whom she preferred I talk were not available. She was kind, attentive and patient, and gave me some tips to try until such time as the orthopedist group was available again. Even though I've only used it once so far, this seems like a valuable service with which I have already had a better experience than the tele-health service I've used before.

Julia promptly responded to my request, asked me questions about my symptoms and called in my prescriptions within an hour. I am feeling 100% better today and I am so so grateful. I would not have been able to get a doctors appointment before the weekend and I was feeling really sick and waking up today feeling like myself again has felt like a miracle.

Amaze has probably been the absolute best benefit I have been able to offer my employees in the past 20 years. Everyone loves the services offered through the easy to use App. I have personally used it many time for my entire family and couldn’t happier. I actually changed from my family doctor to an Amaze PCP. My Amaze PCP spent more time with me on my first video appointment than my family doctor ever did. And the follow up is unbelievable. She ordered labs and a mammogram for me. And they follow up with a friendly reminder weekly to make sure I am taking care of myself and following through on recommendations. One time my son had an infection, and the checked on him twice to make sure he was improving. You will not get that anywhere. I can’t say enough good things about Amaze. I recommend them to my family and friends often. I trust them not only for my employees health but for my family’s care too!! Unbelievable customer service.

I contacted Amaze for the first time, not knowing what to expect. I spoke with Treva for 15-20 minutes, explaining the reason for my call and answering a bunch of her questions. She gave me a simple list of "Dos and Don'ts" for the next few days, sent over a prescription to my pharmacy, and said she'd follow up later to see how I was feeling. No exaggeration... she checked in on me more that week than my mom did. Had Treva brought over some chicken soup and ginger ale, I would've left Amaze a 6-star review!!

Amaze was so easy! Linda my provider was so attentive and thorough and helped to quickly diagnose my issue and get me immediate help. Within an hour, I had medicine and was on the mend.

When i first reached out the the team at Amaze I felt like my life was in turmoil and i was really hitting rock bottom but with the incredible help of Shellie, Kathryn, Ellen and the rest of the team at Amaze i can honestly say that they have transformed my mental health and overall outlook on life for the better! I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel! I cannot thank yall enough for showing me such honest, loving and endearing support! I will NEVER forget this point in my life and i am forever indebted to the team at Amaze Health! THANK YOU!

All of Amaze's providers I've spoke to, including Treva, have all been amazing! Any time I've had questions or concerns someone has been there to help me. Treva and the Amze referral team helped me get in with a great Rheumatologist to get answers. They've been there for me when I had questions about my bloodwork results and when I've had covid. I've been to several local clinics before and seen different doctors for various reasons. However, I have never received such amazing care and treatment before using Amaze. Amaze has been so great in helping me understand my health and is still helping me today!

I love the positivity and responsiveness of Amaze and their professional staff. So much better for me than an urgent care especially when time is a critical factor.

Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at Amaze has been simply that, amazing! I was at my wits end because I was not able to get into my primary until early February. I had been in a car accident in mid December and wasn’t healing f well. I didn’t want to go back to urgent care and sit in the waiting room full of people with respiratory illness and Covid. So I texted Amaze, you text me back. I answered the questions. amaze text me right back and ask if I could get on a TeleMed with them. I did they were amazing. I got a prescription that I needed. Youguys rock!!!

The providers are amazing!!! In many ways I feel like they’ve taken better care of me than my actual OB. I’m grateful for the opportunity I have to know these guys! Julia and Kathryn have been so awesome to keep track of me and I feel very happy with the service! ❤️

All Amaze staff are caring and do a great job keeping our health a priority. Love the ease to get prescription meds without an overpriced medical bill, I genuinely have felt more seen and heard thru the app, than any other urgent care service. 10/10!

I reached out to Amaze to get assistance with finding a provider within my network that does soft tissue ultrasound for evaluation of a torn Achilles tendon. So Taylor from AMAZE was able to get four different contacts which included location, phone number and contact person. Taylor was extremely thorough and very timely at getting me this information. Every person I deal with in the Amaze process is simply “Amazing!” Their follow through, logistics and compassion is exemplary! I am so grateful for everything Amaze does to make my healthcare needs easier.

I am so grateful for the care I received from Sanam, Orthopedic PA, when I was experiencing severe hip pain and was living away from my regular physicians. She cared for me not only from the mechanical aspect of the function of my hip, but looked at my whole person to help in any aspect of getting relief like nutritionally, mentally (relaxation techniques), and provided me with strength and stretching exercises. She is so very knowledgeable in her profession, caring, and honestly fun to work with. The care I have received from other providers with Amaze is also echoed in this review. Such an incredible resource for my heath care. Thank you Amaze!
