Amaze Health Reviews

Thank God for Amaze! I suffer from eczema, which gets so painful in the cold of the winter (also when it is very hot in the summer). I was really miserable, with huge, red, burning plaques on the backs of my hands and on my fingers. I couldn’t get an appointment with my dermatologist for months and my hands were beginning to crack. I was desperate and messaged Amaze just to see what would happen. Billie responded and asked for pictures to make sure my eczema really was the problem. Believe it or not, I had my medication within hours! From now on, no more misery -- I’m calling Amaze first. I’m so grateful!

Honestly I can't say enough about this service! I got COVID for the first time and my primary was useless and would not return calls or emails. I sent one message to Amaze and I had an appointment within the hour and meds within 4 hours!!!! That might have been the difference for me as I got really sick during COVID.

It took me awhile to use Amaze and I am disappointed i waited so long. Every time i think there is something they couldn't possibly help me with they prove me wrong. On top of that they are very timely, their follow up is great. This makes healthcare easy and dependable. No more thinking "by the time i get an appointment this will clear up" or worse "Maybe this is nothing to worry about...or is it". Amaze is only an App away and can tell you pretty quickly whether you should be worried or not. It is surprising at how much can be accomplished over the phone. Amaze truly is a great resource.

I cannot say enough good things about these people and the difference that they have made for me and my family. I am still in disbelief that this service exists! If you have not used Amaze, or are on the fence this is your sign to do it!

The responsiveness and personal touch is amazing. I feel like I have a top notch concierge for my family and me in the Health Care. Amaze has helped with billing disputes, finding service providers, and telehealth directly. They are my first call for for our healthcare needs and questions.

Amazing experience every time

Always have the best interactions with amaze! I truly trust their expertise!

Every provider at amaze is awesome! They are compassionate and really care about you and your health. They make sure to continue to check in on you until you are feeling better!

What a fantastic experience with Amaze. My family has been battling cold, flu and RSV. As a mom, I was the last person in our family to succumb to RSV. The idea of getting out of bed and going to a facility was unthinkable. I messaged a the Amaze team and within minutes, a provider reached out to me. Within 3hrs I had three prescriptions filled. The quick and responsiveness of the Amaze team is unheard today. While the illness is still lingering I have back to work and in full mom mode

I have nothing but a positive interaction with all the help I have received and that I will continue to use. Everyone is so helpful and understanding and understand what I have been through and will be going through with loss of my daughter. I amaze is definitely the word that describes everyone. Simply amazing 😍

My care team was incredible. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely concerned about how my condition was progressing over the course of several months. This experience was so much different than the typical one-visit-and-done scenario you typically get from medical providers. Thanks to Aly and the Amaze team!

The Amaze team is fabulous! Very quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend using Amaze Health!!

If I don’t have to, I will never again use an urgent care again. Only way to see the doctor.

Amaze is an OUTSTANDING service. We have received the best care through Amaze over countless medical concerns. They are quick and responsive and truly listen and care more than any other doctors we’ve experienced. Not only do they care but they do all of the most frustrating work (in our health care system) like finding the right doctor, pricing and appointments and giving the referrals to go. We love Amaze and tell everyone about it!

Working with Amaze and Greg has changed my life. Greg really took the time to find the best medications that works well for me. The doctors at my old doctors office were always in a hurry and i talked to them for 5 minutes every few months and never suggesting different medications. My health has improved so much over the short period I have been working with Amaze. Thank you for all that you do!

I felt very taking care of and heard and seen. I liked that both my nurse practitioner and therapist regularly checked in with me.

I experienced timely, caring and effective service with Amaze. In the time it would have taken to just make an appointment with my usual provider (not to be seen, just to get the appointment set) I had a telehealth call with an Amaze provider and had a prescription called in! My provider (Kerri) was awesome. She listened not only to my symptoms but also my concerns with previous meds and suggested a prescription option that had not been suggested by my regular provider and that treatment worked wonderfully for me. She even called back to make sure the meds were working for me. I was really struggling with Covid aftermath and it was such a relief to get effective help without a hassle. Thank you, Amaze staff! You are amazing!

Where has THIS app been?!?!? How have I been without it? Everyone (Ruth, Dr. Sanam, EVERYONE) has been so helpful and patient with me while I'm uncomfortable and really want to be out of pain. They explain things so I understand why something might be happening, making suggestions for relief, and, when necessary, sending orders and/or medications. I never felt rushed or stupid. All of my interactions have been great. And even though they've been virtual, I've never felt 'distanced' or 'zoomed'. Amaze is a great app and their personnel, including Dr. Sanam, are wonderful.

Easy way to communicate and very helpful!

Friendly, caring staff. Super helpful. Very Amazing!
