***Update efter svar Jeg skrev i livechat første gang d. 5. maj. Det passer ikke, at jeg har fået svar d. 26. maj og ikke vendt tilbage. Desuden er der heller ikk noget, jeg skal vende tilbage med, selv hvis det passede, da alle oplysninger de skulle bruge, allerede var givet. Jeg fik refunderet beløbet, dagen efter min dårlige anmeldelse, samt en undskyldning for ikke at have modtaget svar. Det ser ikke ud til, at de taler sammen i firmaet :) *** Jeg bestilte en test til min søn, men finder så ud af 5 minutter efter, at testen ikke kan udføres på børn under 6 år. Jeg skriver så med det samme til dem via livechat, i håb om at kunne nå at annullere min ordre. Jeg bliver henvist til at søge om refund. Det gør jeg så, og 1 uge efter har jeg stadig intet svar fået. Jeg skriver igen i livechat, og bliver bedt om at sende en follow-up mail. Intet svar. TRE follow-up mails og 1 måned senere skriver jeg igen til livechat, hvor jeg får af vide, at en “senior” vil kontakte mig indenfor 24-48 timer - hører stadig intet. Planen var at vende tilbage, når min søn blev gammel nok, men det er helt umuligt, at jeg nogensinde skal købe noget herfra igen!!
Facebook messenger with the business is quick. They send what's needed immediately and try their best ot help me. Phone calls or emails is pretty much no response.
I appreciated speaking with Sam, one of the customer care reps, when it seemed my results for my sensitivity test were delayed. After 5 weeks, I went to the site. Evidently there was some glitch in sending them to my email (this should have been addressed with a request for receipt when they sent the results to avoid the delay), so he pasted the pdf into the chat window and I was able to download from there. Very helpful. And this is my second experience with the Allergy Test; both have been very positive and the results quite enlightening and helpful.
This is insane! Dont believe anything they comment! They said i ordered it in January, i ordered it in May. They said they responded to my emails, they did not (yes i even checked my spam folder every day). They said their records show i sent in my samples, when i never did. I TRIED cancelling the order the same day i made it. They are liars. This is a scam.
Customer service is a 5 star. Polite and quick to answer questions. However the service itself leaves much to be desired. If you are just looking for a baseline test result and in no hurry, well this may be ok. If you are looking for a reasonably quick result, this is not it. I mailed my sample priority mail which took 3 days to be delivered. Then it goes to the UK, which can take another 15 or so days, and once they get it you are talking another week or more to get the results.
I was just checking on my sample. I was switch to online spoke with Sam. Sam helped me with my question. Sam was quick and easy on reply.
Overall good experience! When I started to wonder where my test results where, I got in swift contact via Online Chat and they sent me the results right away. Would recommend this test for anyone who wants to gain more insight in their wellbeeing.

Received a rapid prostate test without buffer agent to do test. Customer service rep Rob whom I communicated with said they would send me another test ASAP. So assuming it arrives as was told I give a big thumbs up for the quick response and action taken to resolve my issue. Update: like I said in original review if item arrives then all good. 3 weeks later and no new replacement test. Rob had originally told me 5-6 days. No email or anything saying new test was sent. Other than Rob told me one would be. Well haven't received it so very disappointed. Update 5-12-22 Okay so someone asked me to submit more information. There was 4 categories. I gave 3. Because I don't have the reference number. I never ever do reviews. Only did this one because at first I was thrilled because I thought I was out of luck for receiving a package without buffer. Package wasn't even sealed. Do all packages come that way. Your telling me you can't find a record of my online chat with Rob. With my name birth date and phone number. I don't believe it. Plus you wrote here that a manager had resolved this issue. Does resolve mean doing nothing? If it's because I didn't write my reference number down can't you look me up other ways like my order number. Didn't write ref number down. Because everything was great except everything that Rob told me ,like sending a new test kit didn't happen. So it's not great. But to be honest. Not sure what is going on. Nobody emailed me or told me of a resolution. Other than you have posted it's been resolved. That's just bad communication.

Fabulous customer service. I messed up my test before sending it in and it was so easy to get help. I spoke with Sam in a chat. Which is available instantly. My mistake but they offered help and to fix it they did!
