I appreciated speaking with Sam, one of the customer care reps, when it seemed my results for my sensitivity test were delayed. After 5 weeks, I went to the site. Evidently there was some glitch in sending them to my email (this should have been addressed with a request for receipt when they sent the results to avoid the delay), so he pasted the pdf into the chat window and I was able to download from there. Very helpful. And this is my second experience with the Allergy Test; both have been very positive and the results quite enlightening and helpful.
