Okay so I sent my testing 21 days ago. I was disappointed that I didn't get the results between 5 to 7 business days as the site said that is how long it would take. But they redeem themselves when I reached out to customer service on the live chat and somebody immediately got back to me. I sent him my product number and he emailed me the results right away. This is greatly appreciated! I would definitely recommend this thorough testing.

I completed the essentials hair strand test for sensitivity to 500 items. The results were timely within a week of mailing in my sample. The results seem accurate and insightful for me to improve my health. I am thankful that the results also included nutritional, hormonal and digestive enzyme information; it helps to give me an overall picture of my health and how it can be improved. Suggestion for improvement: include food sources that contain digestive enzymes in results concerning digestive enzymes.
