awaiting for weeks after sending my blood sample I’ve been annoyed for not receiving my results or any follow up alerts. In addition on the tracking link they noted (not received yet). finally I contacted Alex on the chat and the response was fast and clear. Ive got them!
A succession of problems, from company's failure to receive my blood test to lack of confirmation of receipt of replacement test. At each instance, rep Lucie followed up and remedied effectively and pleasantly. Had it not been for her involvement, this experience would have been a bust. Feel lucky I received help from Lucie to salvage the experience. She was great!
Don´t fall for this bad company. They will take your money and then go silent on you. I waited over a year for answere about my test, and nothing. Now they wont pay me back my money. They are not serious, they are just fake! I wouldn´t give them any stars but I had to but one up to get to the next level
I was unable to locate my test results and the system said “still awaiting sample.” Alex was able to locate my results within a few minutes and email them to me. I was very happy with the customer service, but the overall experience was a tiny bit frustrating.
I had lost my email with the information from my test. Sam with customer service was able to retrieve the results with my order number and resend them to my email in 5 seconds. Thank you Sam for your help.
