I have used this service myself, and recommend it to others. I have always had food problems, but didn't fully realize all the other foods (or chemicals) that contribute to worsen my health. I needed to do a live chat today with Sam. He was great. I was mailing in 2 hair samples of friends and needed to change the names on orders bought earlier and not used until now. Everyone should do this at least once and get a handle on what you should avoid. You'll feel a lot better if you do.
